I have a ride from Terminal 3 and he said to meet him at the Burger King. Now I know where the BK is. I am so glad that I ran across this video because I have not arrived at terminal 3 only at terminal 1. Thanks for this video! Just incase my ride falls through I will know how to get a regular taxi to the hotel.
Awesome glad this video helped and that's the reason why I took the time out to do it :). It can be confusing especially you have so much scammers trying to pretend to help you and get you a taxi. Those people are the real scammers out there. I had one experience way back and they charged a lot. Here is my video of Burger King at Terminal 3incase you want to see the area. th-cam.com/video/PBvEsBt6qEM/w-d-xo.html Let me know if you have any question or other tips. I'm happy to help, hit the subscribe button it really helps me out :). I also have a ton of Philippines video and still in the process of editing those.. :)
Thank you for the info. I guess yellow taxi is for foreigner who does not familiar with Manila roads and white taxi for locals or foreigners who are familiar with the route. I will be visiting Manila for the first time on August this year.
Yes that was my exact thought as well. Wow that should be fun on your very first trip. Let me know where you are headed and maybe I can give you some pointers on your very first time. It can be daunting but you will have an the greatest time!! Also, subscribe I'm constantly uploading vlogs of my trip! I have tons left to do haha
First time I went Manila to meet my girlfriend who’s my wife now, her cousin booked a grab and the driver charged us extra money due to having a lot of luggage, came up with some extra luggage fee, to be honest I did leave something valuable in the taxi and he came back to give it me, it was my wife’s first time in manila so she wasn’t aware of these things, but he still scammed me as your not meant to charge extra, meter taxis always want extra money, airport or no airport they say they want 100 peso extra on top of the meter price, another taxi driver told me it’s illegal to charge over the meter and advised me to report any driver who asks for more
Wow, I never experience grab or any rideshare there due to us not having internet. I wouldn't expect them charging extra, everyone I spoke to said it was a set fee but I guess they can get away with it. I wonder if there is a part in the app where you can report them, I know Uber has a rating and other customer service. I would be kinda mad if that happen. I mean, I'll tip when necessary if they are humble about things. I didn't experience any issues taking the Taxi's this way and did it 3 times coming from different part of the islands during our vacation. If they are cool, I'll give them something extra but they never ask me for extra. The first taxi driver we took arriving in this vlog: th-cam.com/video/C68clAgRbdc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NO9hbe0VPmtV4i5U He mentioned about and hated when taxi drivers do a rip off. I also had encounter with several drivers that hate that as well. I got one scammer that tried to rip us off. I wasn't having none of it and got out: th-cam.com/video/faMRQe5WkZM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=UnaMf8HXL965CU_X I think it's a hit or miss on somethings especially with transportation. Out of all the taxi's I took, I only had a couple of bad experiences and this was a month time frame vacationing there. Thanks for watching, hope you can support and subscribe. And I really appreciate you taking the time out to comment. It means a lot :)
@@innerchie to be honest if you travel around Manila a lot then you’ll get scammed especially foreigners, if its rush hour or really busy then taxi drivers always want more money, I’m talking about meter taxis but grab drivers normally don’t ask for extra, I’m going back 6 years now so everything could be different now, we actually going to Philippines in May this year and this time I won’t let anyone scam me, the meter taxi guy he told me where to report these taxis but he was only talking about the meter taxis as grab is different, I don’t even remember where he told us to report them but he was nice guy and made it clear it’s illegal for any taxi driver to ask for extra money, I’ll watch the videos you linked but I’m surprised you never had internet in Philippines, I wouldn’t buy the SIM card at the airport but we just buy it at normal shop but maybe you need some identification these days
Yeah, I can say I only got scammed about a couple of times. One person will ask extra but it depended on my mood. I'll be ok with an extra few pesos.. Well, this time I had a brand new phone and it wasn't unlocked by the company. Didn't have time to do it before the trip hence no internet. I could of bout a cheap phone for there like I always do but didn't bother with it. All in all, it was a cool adventure and of course drama is good for the vlog haha. Anyway, have fun trip. Super jealous your going back. I was suppose to be there right now but the trip this year didn't pan out. Definitely will try for next year and most likely will have internet phone. Yeah, not sure how that works not with the whole new sim registration. Another vlog for another time I guess . Safe travels!
@@innerchie I been scammed quite a few times by taxi and rickshaw drivers, mainly in metro Manila and especially at busy times, the meter taxi drivers will say they want 50 peso on top of 100 and I used to be ok with it but since the honest driver told me it’s illegal now I’m not ok with it. I do give tips if the driver don’t try anything so they going to get extra anyway, they won’t normally try to scam locals so if your Filipino or got a Filipino with you then your ok, however my wife is Filipino and they did scam us and maybe it was because I was with her. I don’t know how it’s going to work getting a SIM card now as it’s all changed, we looking to go china while we are in Philippines, hopefully we can get the visa sorted next month as me and my wife live in UK and need to apply from here. In Manila airport I will be using the taxi you did, the one with the meter where the guy takes down your details and details of the taxi driver so there won’t be no scamming there, however we don’t land till 8:50pm so we don’t be getting no taxi till atleast 10pm and I don’t know if them taxis that note your details down will be available at that time ? It’s terminal 3 we landing at so hopefully there will be them legit taxis available
Sounds like a fun trip, hopefully your Visa to China will be done. Sounds like a fun place to visit, been watching a few vlogs and saw many scammers there as well. I guess it's more frequent. Yeah, I like those honest taxi drivers. I tend to give them a few pesos extra but those that flat out ask, I just get another one. But it depends on my mood I guess. Yes there should be Taxi's available at night. We go there at 10:30PM and probably didn't get a taxi around 11:00PM close to midnight. I vlogged about that too. Here is my experience on the late arrivals. Hope this helps! Enjoy Mate! th-cam.com/video/C68clAgRbdc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=GHj4ufW-DGMvRnfp

Yeah, I heard that but the security guard told me to jump back into the Taxi. It was close to our travel time so we just jumped back in, lucky we found a guy right there at the drop off point haha
Never mind you get a registration paper. 90% of the driver try to rip you off. If you later come back to the registration booth to complain, they have nothing to do with it. Completly useless activity.
I guess I been lucky for the 3 times I used them from internationally and domestically. I have my camera ready so I can always put them on TH-cam. Like they say drama is good for the vlog..
Its good to know i just want to say i book hotel last july and there is transportation when i past terminal 3 next time i know where is it but most of the time u circulate in manila the taxi try to scam u especially foreigner really sayang coz we speend our money there
That's great option if they have shuttle. When I went to Palawan, I had a shuttle pick us up. Yellow is the airport taxi, but you have to pay a flat rate of 200 then whatever the meter. The white line taxi is no fee and meter. I taken this twice and also another white taxi line for domestic in Terminal 2. No issues what so ever. Thanks for watching. Would appreciate a sub. I'll have another video when I arrive from International soon and another domestic one from Terminal 2.
bago sumakay...sabihin mo agad destinasyon mo at kung papatakbuhin ba ang metro...kakasakay ko lang dyan...pag nakasakay na...saka sasabihin na kontrata.
That's a good question, I think it would be easier if you took a bus there. You can probably take a taxi to the victoria liner and go from there. I'm not sure Taxi's will go that far since they are all local, I'm sure it would be a crazy fee for them. Good luck, hit the subscribe for more. Let me know if I can help as well!
Hi William, no need to apologize, but this was in terminal 2. Let me know if you have questions. I'm happy to help. Hit the subscribe for more it helps me out. Happy holidays!!
Appreciate that Craig. I hope it helps out others. Grab is an option but heard so many stories that people waited and got canceled out. Also, we didn't have internet or an option to switch our Sim cards. Thanks again for watching!! Hope you can support and subscribe🙏🙌
Theft, I haven't heard anything or had a problem with it. The airport is pretty secure now and days. Also, they have so many security people there, you can complain right away. I think for most people, they had issues with connecting flights that were shady. But I would always take precaution on things like important valuable would be hand carried in. Gifts like shoes, split them in different luggages like one pair in one and the other. I see some seriously wrap their boxes with plastic or padlock them for drastic measures.. Hope this helps.. Hit that sub haha :)
They have the same but it it's in a different area. Sorry, I don't land there so I don't have a video of the place. Thanks for watching would appreciate the support and the subscribe :) Have fun in the Philippines!

Appreciated the support fam!! I got a ton of vlogs about the Philippines, food places and other things. I still have more to do too lol Again, happy to help just hit me up anytime if you need tips and other stuff! Thanks again for the Sub!!
Hi Prince thanks for watching. yeah that one is pretty tough, it's a bit far so you probably spend some money to get there. There are options maybe a bus, private car or something. You may need to google that one. Sorry, wish I knew. Have a safe trip. Let me know if I can help more. hit the sub for the support. Thank u!
I didn't have internet to use Grab out there but I heard many horror stories that many would cancel the trip since there is traffic. Some don't show, and many people are trying at the same time. I think there are a few vlogs about that . Good luck on whatever you decide. The white taxi in the line worked well for us, and we did it twice coming from international flight and domestic flight from boracay. Would be awesome if you could support and hit the subscribe button. Happy Trip!
There is usually a Grab attendant (look for the green signage) that can arrange a Grab ride for you, even if you don’t have internet. As long as you have the address you need to get to. Once you get the Grab app going, it’s the best, most reliable way of transportation in Manila imo. Unless you’ve hired a private driver or rent a car fend for yourself in the craziest traffic in the world lol. Joyride is another option. And you don’t need to enter any credit card information in the app. You can always pay cash. It’s always a flat rate (the app will show you) except for special toll rates depending on the route. No hidden fees, the driver will always give you these heads up. AVOID ALL TAXIS if possible.
I know there is a taxi line there as well, but not sure. You may need to search on TH-cam to see that location, Just staya way from the barkers trying to ask to get you Taxi's. If you have an app try to use grab. What I remember from Terminal 1, you have to walk down the ramp and then cross the street outside portion But it's been a awhile. Good Luck and Happy New year, hit the sub for the support :)
Airport itself is a crap, Cebu Pacific a crap, swarm of taxi cab scammers, some metered taxi use ' batengteng' which is a gadget to hack the meter making it count faster, no surprise! Its a comedy in the Philippines.
Yeah, transportation is horrible for sure. If they solve that, it would be a Gem of a place for sure. Been there for a whole month, probably 3 taxis tried a scam, but I wasn't haven't it. I was like let me out haha
Yes you can, There were many that did all the time when I was in line. Just do the same process and let the guy at the table know your name and location, they will write it down on a receipt paper. Thanks for watching, please support by hitting the subscribe button. Let me know if you have additional questions or need tips. :)
Because I explained, I don't have internet access on my phone. I know there is a kiosk where you can get grab and also heard more people that grab cancelled their pickup time due to traffic. I never had an issue using the white taxi so it was easy.
nah all good fam. Hope I didn't come out like I was yelling haha. yeah it's hit or miss over there. Would love to use grab weird story tho, We got stuck at China town and they were no taxis around I vlogged about that one, but when We found a white taxi, the dude inside was like, Oh there is a grab fee of extra 79 pesos. I was like what? and walked out haha. Surprised there was an extra on top of the taxi ride. Probably next time I'm out there, I'll try grab. By then, my phone should be unlocked.. th-cam.com/video/4MBCAQTJlPY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6lMqVnyVqQUvv7Yk
Thanks for watching and commenting Nemia. I went to Mall of Asia area and that cost about 180 php about 3.92 USD. It also depends if they ask to take the skyway which is their freeway system.. I'm not sure if that is available but it's much faster but the toll feels are like 45 pesos in which you pay. I looked at a website: www.rome2rio.com/map/NAIA-TERMINAL-3-Station/Marikina-City and it shows about $10.00 USD but again, it also depends on traffic etc. Hope this helps! Would appreciate if you can support and subscribe! Enjoy your trip!!
Ok you said go to regular taxi on #12 outside after getting your luggage. Is terminal 3 international? Is terminal 1 has the same setup? Regular taxi metered?
Hi Lanie, Yes number 12 is where you arrive internationally for the white meter taxi stands. I'm not too sure about terminal 1 since all international has been changed, well I know my flight from ANA has been changed to terminal 3. I think there are regular metered on terminal 1 on youtube if you do a search :) Hope this helps, would appreciate if you hit the subscribe for the support! Have a great vacation!
That is correct. Even on the streets, I never go for a colored taxi's not sure why that is but it cost extra. The airport taxi also, I think it's a minimum of 200 to start if I remember correctly. Thanks for watching, hope you can support by subscribing :)

Oh no! Sorry you had to pay so much. Did someone ask you for a taxi? Those are the ones that rip you off. Hopefully next time this will help or can help others that will need transportation.. Thanks for watching Jayalie! Would appreciate a sub to help me out. Salamat and Blessings!
@@innerchie actually i was given a paper by the officer in NAIA with the information that all the taxi there was metered and there were numbers to be contacted etc...however when I tried to call to complain they were unreachable😥
Yeah, you probably had someone fake, they are a lot of scammers there and will pull you aside and pretend they work there. I used this taxi line 3 times. Arriving from International, Arriving from Boracay and also another Domestic Terminal 4 which I have a quick vlog about coming from Coron Palawan. Never had issues leaving the airport where they use taxi meter and not try to scam. I heard many bad scam artist and did experience one a long time ago but figured this line with no issues.. Sorry you had such a bad experience. Hopefully they finally fix these issues.
Sorry Bro, I don't know how that would work. You can search online for a private driver , I just know how to take random taxis. And for wheelchair accessible taxis I haven't seen any that I came across in the Philippines.. They are normally old toyota cars or an old SUV. Wish I could help. Good luck!

Thanks. Very helpful video 💕 can you figure out the cost to Lipa City from the Manila airport by meter Taxi
Thank u!
Hi , do you know if it's easier to get a Grab at Terminal 3 or is that a super long line ?
Thanks bro, I'll be arriving next month
Appreciate you fam. I have tons of videos coming. It would be dope if you can support and subscribe! 🙏🤙
How about from Terminal 1?
I know there is a taxi line there as well, but not sure. You may need to search on TH-cam to see that location, Just staya way from the barkers trying to ask to get you Taxi's. If you have an app try to use grab. What I remember from Terminal 1, you have to walk down the ramp and then cross the street outside portion But it's been a awhile. Good Luck and Happy New year, hit the sub for the support :)
@@innerchie Thanks very much for a very quick reply and advice.
No Problem, I wish I could have given you a firm answer. have fun! I'm so jealous haha
Yes meter taxi just ck zero to start
yes..
Very good guide and helpful hints
Thanks Cooper, hope you can subscribe and show support. Glad this is helpful!
How much was d ride t3 to shore? I'll see ub@bldg D
It was about 180 pesos. Thanks for watching would appreciate if you can subscribe 🙏
@@innerchie thanks, sure I'll subscribe
Appreciate you! Thanks again!
Even foreingn u can take a white taxi?
Yes you can, There were many that did all the time when I was in line. Just do the same process and let the guy at the table know your name and location, they will write it down on a receipt paper. Thanks for watching, please support by hitting the subscribe button. Let me know if you have additional questions or need tips. :)
Why not just call Grab?
Because I explained, I don't have internet access on my phone. I know there is a kiosk where you can get grab and also heard more people that grab cancelled their pickup time due to traffic. I never had an issue using the white taxi so it was easy.
cool, i was askin not tellin@@innerchie
nah all good fam.

Hi…how much you paid and where were you headed to?
I am going on vacation next week and planning to take taxi going to Marikina city.
Yellow taxis are double the fare of the white taxis
That is correct. Even on the streets, I never go for a colored taxi's not sure why that is but it cost extra. The airport taxi also, I think it's a minimum of 200 to start if I remember correctly. Thanks for watching, hope you can support by subscribing :)
A lot of the white taxi's will do their best to rip you off as well
Always bad apples around so it's par for the course.
very informatic
Glad it was helpful, I have more videos on my channel if you need help traveling around the Philippines, would appreciate the support by hitting the subscribe button. Have an amazing day!
that's really bullshit riding from NAIA to PITX and paid P850! ..I hope I had watched this before😥
I need a wheelchair accessible taxi or Uber : Manila airport to Cardona , Rizal. and for sightseeing.
hook me up bro!
Sorry Bro, I don't know how that would work. You can search online for a private driver , I just know how to take random taxis. And for wheelchair accessible taxis I haven't seen any that I came across in the Philippines.. They are normally old toyota cars or an old SUV. Wish I could help. Good luck!
Thanks for the info
No problem at all, if you arrive at night this is what the baggage claim, and taking taxi at night
