The term bucket and chuck it is from using the bucket and before it was full chuck the contents away. Thunder box is the name given to the wooden structure because when you pass wind sitting on it, it sounded like thunder. Great video as always keep up the good work.

Where you were stood looking at the mere below you on the outside of the wall there are a few gaps in the stonework. 23 years ago my then girlfriend was brave enough to put her arm in and pulled out part of a medieval cup.
That big black hat is a hat for noble men, like a lord, earl, something along those lines. A rich merchant may be able to wear it as well. For the price to enter, well... depends on your purpose to be at the castle I guess, if there are only a few people you can make some great photo's in and around the castle. That may be worth the price on it's own, also you don't have to be in a noisy crowd that are acting like true tourists.
We have a Medieval festival in Oklahoma going on every week end in May .Way better that this one with jousting and everything.But fake castle so you win.
When I was a punk kid of 12, my parents, both born in England - Dad served aboard the carrier HMS Illustrious during WWII (not fun) and Mum actually did her part as a young ravishing British woman, assembling bombs for the Germans to enjoy! Sort of returning the favor. Anyway, we went to all kinds of awesome castles and different historical places and as a 12 year old spoiled brat, I absolutely hated it, and made the trip completely miserable for mum n Dad! I did really love Warwickshire Castle!! That was truly awesome! Even the welfare attempt to spook the tourists with a rather crappy loudspeaker system of "scary" ghost moans and groans...sigh The scariest part of that rather lame effort was the rather unenjoyable stench which mysteriously filled up an an entire bedroom s the tour were trapped and forced to enjoy the gasiouse contents of a rather suspicious red faced fat old man who was a horrible "sneak" I mean if you want to release a demonic vapour incognito, and hopefully set suspicion on others in the vicinity, it would really help your dastardly cause if you refrained from blasting off a rather loud highly suspect 'BRRAAAAP" sound, quite unpleasant really, from nether region of unenjoyable doom! Walking away waving your now stinky hands behind you in the vaporous clod of rotten dread is rather smelling...I mean telling, don't you stink? I mean, don't you think? I do not think I was alone in throwing a quick sympathetic, if not disgusted, glance at the poor wee girl whose mouth was clearly open in mid yammer, as little girls (and big) are so very apt to do, and mere inches from the offending Hellbound blast from that fat man's a...bum drum! The filthy bloke caused that poor girl to choke as he waved away madly with his own stinky hands! The very same hands he was later looked upon with vomitous disgust, which were quite frantically shovelling more toxic vaporous potential weapons of ass destruction down his gaping gullit! Beeyulck! All that to preface my own experience tossing perfectly good coinage into some lame made made (drunk man) "wishing" well. What would happen if one of those carts with the coffins on them got away and started rolling down a hill toward a family of baby birds and chipmunks!!?? If you got a really fast runner to catch up to the runaway cart of coffins headed toward a family of baby birds and chipmunks (living in sin) he would never be able to grab that heavy cart and stop it! He wouldn't even be able to keep running at full speed very long, and the cart would just keep rolling faster and faster toward bird n chipmunk disaster!! BUT! If you gave that runner a mit full of cough drops, and he managed to throw a bunch onto one of those runaway coffins, would the coffin stop? TAHH DAHHH!!! AH Thanks thanks very mushhhhh!
