There’s a better litter, Katz Loo. I was buying Catsan Clumping from Costco, but they ran out. I switched to Katz Loo and haven’t gone back. There’s 4 reasons it’s better. No smell at all, nothing, much less litter coming into your floor, almost nothing, much cheaper, and less cleaning needed inside your catlink .

Could you tell me if you want buy 1 at this price more or less the same?? What model would you have taken? I am quite undecided with these 2 models = the Baymax and the different brands but always the same models (Meowant Sc01 = Ubpet c10 = Vividmoo).... THANK YOU very much for helping me choose because it is not easy to choose with simple photos... it is still a large sum of money :-((.... (I apologize for my English but I am French)
I see the long hole for the waste to fall into the bag when it is rotated. When it comes back down into the default use position and the waste hole is up at the top, is the hole sealed somehow, or can odor from the bag easily seep into the chamber? Thanks.
If it's Auto do I need to have a phone or the app to make it automatically do the kitty dumping does the Wi-Fi have to be on sorry the neighbors stole my box got the manager to get it back and I didn't get the directions back

Thank you for the video ! I took the litter box for my 2 cats which are brothers and used to have one for both of them. One uses it very well but the other one go inside, the bottom on the outside and do all his stuff just in front of the litter box 😖. I think the problem may be that he’s pretty tall and the last one was a little more deeper + with a door. Anyone would have an advice for me ? Thank you !
I just recently purchased this litter box and the one thing I’m finding is difficulty in hooking it up with my Wi-Fi. I have it close to my router and it starts going through the process but gets stuck at 33%. Has anyone else experience this and what have you done?
There is an issue either the machine itself. They are supposedly sending me a new machine. They also told me because I’m 5G that the unit would not be compatible so I could not use the app. What I was finding is after about one week the litter box was not even rotating after my cat left it.
@@marishicayes I got the new one. Works however can not use app as it is not 5g compatible 😢. One would think today’s technology world they would’ve made it, so it was 5G compatible the app.
Is it only me who has problems with the weighting induction protection ? About a week ago my scooper se just stops midway every cycle which is very annoying tbh Would love to know if anyone else has this problem and what I need to do to prevent it maybe it’s obvious and I’m just stupid

I have had one for 6 months and it’s great! The best litter to use is Catsan Clumping- works great!

This happened to me it worked when I scanned the barcode on the unit I had to unplug it and do it a couple of times x

Did you manage to resolve this? My brand new Scooper also triggers false weight sensing protection and stops mid cleaning.
