I really enjoyed how Pastor Damean related a 2,000 year old story to today. I was surprised by the Shrek comments, but the connection to "mero" was spot on as I have found myself not wanting the God of the Bible but my own version of a Savior. Thank you for a great and timely message.
Love all the down to earth reminders. I enjoyed Sunday nights version of the message too. Are those recorded as well?? Some of the deliverance of Sunday service I heard is a little different from this one. Love them both but would like to hear the Sunday 5pm I heard at the San Macos Escondido campus. Damean, with his fast paced speaking reminds my with of the donkey character in Shrek. Talks much like Eddie Murphy. We love his tremendous enthusiasm.
I am just commenting in love. You may not be aware of the fact that when you compare a person’s message to a donkey and a cartoon it might not be heard as a compliment. It may even come across as rude , lacking in sensitivity. Just saying…..
