As a Wyoming native, military veteran (Vietnam era) and UW grad now retired and living in Texas, only just today did I become aware of this museum in Dubois through an article and video in the Cowboy State Daily. I will visit this museum as soon as I am able and look forward to it very much. Thank you to Mr. Starks for spending enormous amounts of his time and treasure in establishing this museum.
I grew up on the ranch where the museum is located and toured in June 21 My parents ashes are on the bench /mesa overlooking the museum. He was a Navy veteran who would be proud of what Mr. Stark has done. My grandfather as an WWI Army vet
Visited with my son this weekend. This museum is fantastic and a must see for anyone interested in military vehicles from the 20th century. The small arms exhibit was a wonderful, unexpected feature. This is so far out of the way (Dubois is small, but it has a lot of character) that you will not bump into many other visitors during your tour (good for a visitor but unfortunate for the museum).
first the American Heritage Museum in MA and now this I got another museum to go see even if it'll be a while Keep those Beautiful War Machines preserved for decades to come
Our family visited the museum in 21’ and it does not disappoint. It’s well worth the visit and I’d love to return.

Every history teacher in America should play this to their classes. History must be preserved, so it doesn't repeat itself! 🇺🇸
