For potential future videos, i believe there is a setting called "streamer mode" which removes or alters copywritten music so you don't have to worry. Also I hope you play more of this, I absolutely love this game.

Atomic Heart is like a breath of fresh air! There are downsides to this game, but you can turn a blind eye to them for the sake of quality. And what a sound. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND playing in RUSSIAN voice acting, but with English subtitles. This will make the atmosphere feel more. Well, I also advise you to explore the world!

So, this might be an unpopular opinion, but I actually find the main characters voicelines in Atomic heart to be charming and funny. Like instead of saying “holy shit” this man says “CRISPY CRITTERS” most of the time, and I strangely love it.
Aside from voicelines I just think he's got a nice speaking voice and was really thrown off when toonz said he didn't like it bc I was expecting a compliment

@@00Anjie I don't know English well enough to understand English voice acting, but I didn't notice such problems in Russian. But I hear how english voiceover also changes all Russian names in the English manner, changing accents or losing some of the sounds, which, in my opinion, was unnecessary, since part of the charm of Russian names has been lost.+ in Russian, the emotions of the characters sound more emotional and better.
In the Russian version, P-3 generally says "Fucking Pies" instead of crispy critters. That's how it is.
Me too! While Major can be a bit abrasive, he's actually really funny and goodhearted. Kinda like a big kid. He's got alot of himbo energy.

Ayyyy I was hoping you'd play this! Just a tip here (As I beaten this game on Armageddon like a masochistic bastard) put your points towards your "Character" upgrades, you will definitely need more health, inventory space and you can have a faster sprint too so it's definitely good to spend points on it, hope this helps. 😄

I find it funny that Toonz thinks the character annoying, when he himself is not that different from the way the guy talks.

If you're interested in the game fair warning it's not done, it's extremely unpolished and has too many bugs for me to even count, I'm playing it on a brand new Xbox series s I just got and puzzles break, dialog overlaps or doesn't show up, and enemies will have a ghost after image looking thing tell me where they're gonna spawn before the trigger to spawn them happens or they just spawn in invisible. The world is fun but this game isn't done so be aware
Ive been having a blast playing atomic heart, i cant wait to see toonz reaction whenever the hedgie fight comes up, i was so hyped the entire battle

One thing I wanna bring up, in case anyone tries to pick a fight: yes, these games were made by Russian devs. Yes, this game focuses on a USSR “Utopia”. But, a few things: one, not all Russians are supportive of the war in Ukraine, in fact a lot of them are against it, even with the little information they have access to. Two, this game started developing before the war began, so don’t hold it against them for that.
However, I do have two criticisms. Number one, the Twins’ hair. Their hair is shockingly similar to Yulia Tymoshenko’s hair, and she is a well known leader of a Ukrainian political party, so the fact that this specific hairstyle is used for a faceless sex bot is… well, kinda troubling. And number two, how the game devs approached the issue around the Ukrainian war. They took a “we don’t talk about politics” stance, which, on a personal level, is absolute bollocks. You don’t make a game that’s literally about the USSR and claim that you don’t talk about politics. They may not praise the USSR (it’s very Bioshock in that way, criticizing the idea of “perfection”), but they can’t include a literal political party then say they don’t talk politics.
I don’t say this to shame Toonz, just like I wouldn’t shame him for playing that Hogwarts game. I only bring this up to disarm a couple of critics or trolls, and to say this: don’t harsh on people for playing the game, since Mundfish weren’t exactly vocal about their Russian sources and funding. Blame the devs for not having a strong stance, when their game came out a year into a war. Plus, there’s a literal racist cartoon bit, that doesn’t even fit the time period Atomic Heart is emulating, so there’s that, too. So, yeah, just as a heads up.
Not talking about politics isnt "bollocks" some of us just dont like discussing it or talking about it because its just out of (excuse the french) "giving a fuck zone"...

This game reminds me of both Bioshock and the game "Metro: Exodus" that Delirious played about four years ago now.
Cartoonz, I have been waiting for you and squirrel ( and maybe delirious ) to play ship of fools again. I really enjoyed the gameplay in that game the the variety of things you can get and do. I was wishing for you to play it after son of the forest but this is fine. I just wish that you could consider thinking of playing ship of fools again.

15:59 It makes sense to me. There would be no point of school, yes, but similarly we don't teach our kids to hunt or climb trees like maybe our cavemen ancestors did... With such an advancement in hand, yes schools will become a relic of the past. I genuinely wish this becomes reality.
Adoption of new technologies like the open source RISC 5 will become so easy. Right now people do not want new and unique things cuz they have to relearn its quirks. A more relatable example could be like jumping from Adobe's video editing software to DaVinci or Blender for example. You no longer have to spend weeks re-learning and you can instantly actually do productive profitable things. Why would anyone desire the down-time of learning something new? Say you want to switch careers cuz TH-cam was falling apart, you can instantly learn anything from programming to plumbing to woodworking to being a surgeon.
Learning some things yourself is fun

Playing games on hard makes you much better in every game you play next, it opens your brain to more possibilities improves your quick thinking and all along is much more satisfying since you have to earn it more (not shit talking just how I see it and would recommend it)

its crazy watching someone play the game after you beat it I love every moment of the game but it's a shame that not many people are hype for this game
Just wanna say Good Ending is walking away, and Bad Ending is continue fighting. No details past this. Also this game is short in length. Around 15 hours just to beat it, and 35 hours for a 100% completion.
