Let me tell you what I did. Before that, I used to listen to Numb every freaking day. And then it got to the point of 9th November at night when Numb was at 999,000,000 views. Just 1 million views needed to go. The next morning I woke up, went straight to TH-cam and BOOM!!! 1 Billion!
Does anyone know how I could make drums like this? any good programs, VST's or online sample kits? I really badly want to create that nu-metal electronic feel
you can use any sequencer program like for example FL STUDIO, just download rock/metal drum samples online.. trust me theres tons for free. just load sample to FL and voila! you can also buy programs like dubturbo online straight to your computer with out waiting..
Well I know for the actual drum sound, they're using Steven Slate. The cymbals and hi hat is a dead giveaway. Not sure what they used to mix in all the electronic sounds.
@@dannyuser123 its more complicated then that. Fl studios comes with projects you can open up. one of them has a similar intro to in the end. the FLP project used the classic FPC and I think the BloodOverdrive VST but I know that they actually used a program called REDRUM by REASON (daw) look it up yourselves. Alot of late 90s video games used and cartoons like Batman beyond, Unreal Tournament 99, Starcraft, etc had similar musical sound and industrial style. I know that Linkin Park was part of warner brother and NRG. I found a song yall should check out called Mona lisa Overdrive A2 the intro to that sounds very simialr to the drum intro here on this video. and so does the rest of the A2 song. its no suprise since Juilen K was on sonic heros and Juilen K was Jay Gordans side band and they were also on the same Major industrial recrod label. @Momo Gobbo & Danny Castillo I agree I loved that stuff growing up I don't think there will be anything like that ever again. The plugins that are used now arent as good as the old ones and its hard to find which plugins and VSts they were using back in the late 90s and early 2000s the labels and studios probably had their own personal Vsts.. Its kinda like a zelda game no one can recreate wind waker in todays world without the industire and all that went away whens sales dropped from people piariting things. Like James Hetfield said, the cats out of the bag and you just cant put it back in. only thing people like us who are into that type of music is to just keep looking and hope we figure it out.

right now i'm using hydrogen with big mono drum kit and getting excellente results, and the samples thing, well you will have to download them
