Great video! It would be great for you to have an upcoming video sharing how it was working with a UX Researcher since you used to do the research as a designer. It's particularly interesting for me since I'm a UX Researcher. It would be great to know more about your experience collaborating with them in your new role.
I work at a company where we have our own UX Researchers and it is so efficient. They do all of their interviews and analysis and then make a presentation of findings. I take those findings and make wires/recommendations.

@roter13 Do you miss owning the research part of the ux design process at all? Assuming you used to do it before? As someone who's been a ux generalist for all of his career, it feels like I'm losing an aspect that I do enjoy, but it feels great to know I dont have to do everything, and I can do it with someone else who is more experienced than me in the research area.
@@WesleyHongUX I kind of miss it because I like the research part so I ask to at least listen in on some user testing sessions and if I have my own questions, I come off mute. I do like being able to focus in on one thing however.
The background music is little too loud. I'm having trouble paying attention to what you are saying because the music is drowning you out. Congrats on your new job by the way!
