I think it's more of how bad the cowboys are. Let's not get fooled by the cowboys HORRENDOUS defensive line and defense overall. We'll get a better assessment next week against the Bills. If we can stack up 2 games of consistent offensive line play then I'll start to have faith in the line.
We played good all 3 Quarters except the 4th I am happy we got the win but we seriously need to stop blowing leads in the 4th we won't win a sb like that Ravens need to stop giving up heart attacks giving up 22 is ridiculous so please fix that 4th Quarter blowing leads we got lucky

Glad the Oline played better...my concern is what is was before the season started, remember I told you I'm worried about Zach Orr at DC...I just don't feel comfortable with him for some reason...19 points allowed in 4th quarter...last week blew a 10 point 4th quarter lead...he's having trouble making adjustments after halftime...gotta fix this problem got way too many good players on D to be playing like this...hopefully the Oline is coming together, they played well yesterday...would still like to see Mekari at RG and Rosengarten at RT
I feel you but don’t forget Mike MacDonald had these same struggles in pass defense his first few weeks in his first season as DC. Not saying that it’s guaranteed to change but I’m expecting these 4th quarter secondary meltdowns to stop soon as the communication improves and Orr gets more comfortable with adjustments and calls too. He’s brand new. Not that it’s an excuse but it’s the reality of the situation. O line definitely played better I’m still not super confident in it but got the job done and took advantage of a weak cowboys run defense. Big game against Buffalo Sunday night at home!
We need to start involving hill in the run game more. Hes our speed guy until Mitchell comes back and best believe when he comes back he will be involved. So we need to start using hill to help figure how things will be when Mitchell gets back.
It looked like a cover 2 where RO should have dropped with the route to the deep 3rd but he was looking around and mad like another zone was supposed to rotate into the middle 3rd but idk 🤷🏼♂️
Mark and Marlo are fine they are playing well tbh we only threw 15 times the entire game no one was really involved in our passing game. Mark will have his games. Roquan looks a little slower to start the year he’s been struggling to be consistent in coverage. 4th quarter collapses are definitely concerning idk why they keep happening over and over. Defense played great the whole game and then got torched in the 4th. The consistency of play for all 4 quarters needs to be fixed asap. And Tucker I’m slightly concerned right now but it’s the first real slump he’s been in and it’s not like he’s missing short it’s the same miss slightly left I just believe he will dial it in and be Tuck again but who knows. The 4th quarter comeback was on the defense and special teams mainly (Tucker miss, zay fumbled onside kick) defense lets up 3 scores offense got the ball once and went 3 and out but that was it. Then when the offense got the ball back again they ran out the clock.
The defense has to start playing better especially in the fourth quarter because it's going to be very difficult to win games when they're giving up an average of 26 points per game. Buffalo is not going to be an easy team to beat and if they keep giving up in the fourth quarter with them it's going to be another loss. It used to be that the defense wins games and now it's to the point where the defense loses games. Things need to drastically change or it's going to be a long miserable year.
100% defense has to improve late in games or you’re right it’s going to be a long season. Mike MacDonalds first few games were ugly like this too we had the worst pass defense for almost a month and now we are seeing it again. Hopefully the same trend reverses like it did with Mike and we can get the defense playing a solid 4 quarters because the defense was great until the 4th.

I meant from a physicality standpoint compared to last week we were getting on him for missing tackles and not playing as physical. Today he led the team and tackles and was flying to the ball. He did let up 2 catches to the fullback which obviously isn’t great but yeah I still think Hamilton played well he’s a strength of this defense
