I didn’t expect this to look like a legit sport, but boy was I mistaken! It looks like a cross between gymnastics and modern dance!

In an interview he said he only has 6 years of training and had no background in dancing or gymnastic before. He said he started this because he thought he couldearn more money than being a bartender. I can't believe it!!!

I like it but I don't like how the pole dance has become more of a sport than an art
No need to despair. Like dance, there are many different aspects to pole dancing. Some people like to practice it in a way that focuses on the athleticism of it. Others like to use it artistically as a form of expression. Others like to focus on the more sensual/sexual aspect in which it can be used, which is also a form of expression. All of these forms of pole dancing exist and they are all okay because we are all different. For every style of pole dancing there is someone who can appreciate it.
