Nice to work on trucks with so much ground clearance. Borla has always been top shelf! If you go with another brand stay with 304 stainless over 404. 404 might last longer over aluminumized steel, but salt will surface rust it disappointedly bad. Borla is worth the extra money for sure!
The "rear muffler" isn't a muffler, it's a resonator. That's why no difference in volume/loudness. Resonator just changes tone and helps eliminate drone. How's the Borla sound with MDS kicked in? Also, those aren't bead locks. They are bead lock capable, if you can find the rings that Ram says exists (probably right behind the unicorn barn as far as I can tell), but as delivered the rings are just rim protection/beauty rings. I've got a 75th anniversary PW and will probably stick with 35" but those 37" look nice.
Resonator, not a muffler. They actually help your engine produce more power and gas mileage by using sound waves to help evacuate the combustion chamber and move the exhaust down through the pipes and out of the muffler. This action relies heavily on the resonator. By tuning the pulses of exhaust gas to work together, it creates stronger waves of exhaust that vacuum the gas out more quickly.

Sounds sick however did the noise level increase inside the cab and by how much? You stated you couldn't tell on the drone and heard the tires more over so that's actually decent confirmation right there. You'll know if you had drone. Borla markets this system to not having drone so wonder if accurate.
Is that a fairly new exhaust from Borla? I looked a while back at exhausts for mine and I don’t remember them as an option. I definitely like it though. Is there any highway drone at cruising speeds?
Great truck and sound. At the beginning, indicate those are Pro Comp 37" tires - Is that on stock truck, no lift or front level? Lots of other videos indicate 37's rub, but you look to have plenty of room. Thanks for any advice.
No lift or level at time of video. Shocks have since been upgraded and now has front level. Slight rub on inside before that, but only full crank or while hitting bumps and turning. Nothing serious, though.
WHY DONT THEY MAKE THE BORLA ATAK FOR 2500’s. It is the best sounding and that’s all they offer is side exit single s type. Gayest exhaust borla makes.. what a joke

Same. I’ve been trying for 2 years to find the bead lock rings for my 75th. No luck.

This one is a 2022. I would imagine they are the same. I believe it was ordered from Borla direct.
All I can hear is the chirping motor. Mine does the same and it makes buying an exhaust seem useless.

How does the hemi compare to the gm2500 HD, plus maintenance, parts ect ,
Gas is cheaper to maintain than diesel. Type of engine will make more difference than brand.
