- Today we finally play FNF VS Mario's Madness V2 and its just 2 hours of bangers and im just so blown away by how much work was put into this mod

Here’s lore for M (the one who sings the first two songs and All stars): M was just a regular human who worked with Daddy Dearest (Girlfriends dad) but after DD decided that M had made him enough money, he trapped M in a mario cartridge for all eternity. M eventually turned into horrific version of Mario and made deals with all the characters in the mod (all the characters you sing against work for M and are under his control) M’s original goal was to just kill GF. but when BF ran away after Starman Slaughter, he broke the deal that they would sing 3 songs, so M decided to kill him too. After 5 worlds, BF and GF finally face off against Ultra M (a fusion of all the horror characters of the mod besides the joke characters, which is why you can hear their voices in act 4 of All stars, in this fusion M isn’t actually the body, he’s the cappy hat on Ultra M, which is why it has eyes) after he kills BF, he starts getting sad after realizing he just killed the only 2 who had given him any sort of enjoyment after years of being stuck inside the cartridge (which explains the sad end credits song) also, not every character is evil! Most of the Luigi’s are victims and/or tortured forever. and that’s the lore of Mario’s Madnnes! (And as for Pico, he never escapes but doesn’t die. he’s stuck in the cartridge forever.)

And not only is that Pico was added there for one use and then showed at the end credits that he's just trapped there no way in getting out, it just doesn't explain why the devs even add them there if he was going to be used
And lastly play ultra M shouldn't say he is that strong as he says he should be
He is still in a Mario game where everything could work to defeat someone or something.

It is a bootleg of flinstone for the snes where freds head is replaced with marios. The Ghost buster logo is a album he made just using the nes ghost buster music and the characters running in the background are little jokes he made on his stream. When it chages styles, it shows other bootleg mario characters along with what grandad looks like in his game. the next song shows the character named somari. All that game was is mario in sonic.

The Luigi song in Woodland of Lies, Alone, is actually an alternate universe that takes place somewhere around the events of Luigi's Mansion. However, instead of saving his friends from being trapped into picture frames, they could not be saved, therefore, Luigi was left alone, grieving the losses of his friends, after losing to King Boo.

It's a Me - The opponent is called Horror Mario, and is based off of an image of a scary Mario. The mushroom notes are green poison mushrooms, their appearance being based off of a Mario.EXE fangame.
Starman Slaughter - The Dry Bones who plays the trumpet is named John Dick, and I'm fairly certain is an original character for this mod. The Peach that appears in this song is called Horror Peach and is also based off of an image. Yoshi.EXE is also based on an image.
So Cool - Yeah it's Chris Pratt being revealed for the Mario movie. Not much else to say.
Nourishing Blood - The song is based off of the VERY famous Vinesauce Joel, where during a bootleg games stream, he came across an interesting bootleg Flintstones game, titled 7GRANDDAD, with the iconic "GRAND DAD?!" line coming from that video. The opponent in the song is called Grand Dad, and for most of the song takes on the appearance he takes on in 7GRANDDAD's titlescreen, being a mostly palette swapped Mario, along with a different design on his hat. The background also contains MANY reference to Vinesauce AND Siivagunner.
Mario Sing And Game Rhythm 9 - This song is based off of an old bootleg Sonic game for the NES, starring, Mario? (It's actually called Somari) as its main character instead.
Alone - This has quite a few references. Luigi's appearance in the song is based off of an old screen for Luigi's Mansion made for the E3 demo I believe, which was originally thought to have been an earlier game over screen, although that's possibly not true. The image of BF hanging himself is based off of a glitch in Luigi's Mansion caused by a weird camera angle, leaving Luigi's shadow to be misplaced in the sky, making it look like he hung himself.
Thalassophobia - The song is based off of an old rumor relating to the star statue in the castle's courtyard, stating that Luigi may be unlockable there, going off of the fact that writing on the back of it has illegible text that fans back in the day interpreted as "L is Real 2401"
Oh God No - This song is based off of an old SMW creepypasta titled I HATE YOU.EXE where Luigi has had enough of playing the second fiddle and decides to enact revenge on Mario, because fuck him ig. The song takes place during a boss fight with Luigi in a level with the same name as the song.
I HATE YOU - Still based off of I HATE YOU.EXE. Luigi's appearance in the song is based off of the end screen for IHY.EXE, featuring Mario, Peach, and a disfigured Luigi.
Apparition - This song is based off of an old rumor about Mario 64 (Wow wow who woulda guessed???) stating that Mario 64 is personalized ooooh spooky, with one popular "example" being the Wario Apparition, which would appear if the player had a desire to have Wario in SM64. The Wario Apparition itself is based off of an old trailer or something for Mario 64 where a floating Wario head (appearing in front of Dire Dire Docks and Bowser in The Fire Sea's entrances) says the iconic line "You want fun? WARIO show you FUN!" (Or atleast I think that's correct, feel free to fact check my dumbass)
Last Course - The opponent in this song is called Turmoil, and is a Mario EXE where Mario ate a power up mushroom enfused with Yoshi's code, causing him to become a Mario/Yoshi hybrid thing.
Dark Forest - This song is based off of an SMW creepypasta romhack called 'the, also known as Coronation Day. I ain't explaining Coronation Day rn because I'm lazy, so look it up yourself ig :/
Bad Day - This song is based off of an old TH-cam series called Super Bad Mario. This series consists of fail clips that are edited to make it look like Mario is the culprit.
Day Out - This song is based off of an animation by hotdiggitydemon called "Luigi's Day Out"
Dictator - This song is based off of an animation by mashed titled "The Secret Histories of Mario"
Race Traitors - Based off of an animation called "Racist Mario"
No Hope - *sigh* It's based off of ANOTHER animation series called "Power Star"
Golden Land - The opponent in this song is called GB (it doesn't stand for anything lol) who is I believe created by the creator of the mod but I'm not too sure, fact check me lmfao.
Paranoia - The opponent in this song is called Mr. Virtual, who uses a Virtual Boy to drive people insane I think? (I am very prepared for fact checks)
No Party - This song is based off of an old series about supposed anti-piracy measures hidden within Mario Party DS. The opponent is an original character from the series called DJ Hallyboo.
Overdue - (Yo soy Luigi, mama mia) This song is based off of a fangame called Too Late.EXE look it up lol.
Powerdown/Demise - These songs are based off of a fangame called Mario 85, which is a creepypasta fangame about evil Mario oh no scary wowie look it up I don't want to look stupid lmfao.
Promotion - This song (along with every song in Classified Castle) is based off of an analogue horror series called "Mario 64 Classified" or something ig. Promotion in particular is based off of two different videos in the series.
Abandoned - This song is based off of a creepy visual used in Mario 64 Classified.
The End - Same as Abandoned, although the visual is also based off of a creepypasta, however the song is based on Mario 64 Classified.

Few things.
Yoshi.exe is actually a pretty crappy EXE game, and that game is where the image comes from.
Mr. Virtual has a backstory, where he was basically a violent psychopath who was killed by a detective and found out he could haunt Virtual Boys, so now he's trying to leapfrog across users to get back at him.
Costume is NOT based on Classified. Only the visual is. He's actually based on a Spanish creepypasta about a man who was cheated out of a copy of 64, so he put on a Mario costume and became a serial killer, but when they finally tracked him down, he was nowhere to be seen, only the empty costume left behind and an unfinished World 1-1.
Luigi, Wario, and Yoshi were chosen for All Stars because they were the other three playable characters in the DS remake of 64.
And to explain Content Cosmos: Luigi's Day Out is about an emo Mario stuck with his manchild brother Luigi so he finds creative ways to haze him, Secret Histories has Mario being a mafia dictator who colonized the Koopa Kingdom and just overall been a don mob boss kinda guy, Racist Mario is about a racer Mario being racist towards non-Nintendo characters, and Power Star is about a Mario who was possessed by boos and puppeted about to collect the stars and raise an unstoppable boo-zombie army.

One thing that you missed and I think would help understand the mod more is the pause screens, they hold the info behind each song and who it's made by. If you ever go back to it that is, I would assume you’re going to play hit singles and in that case, I'm placing money he doesn't know his lore or any of it. But have fun playing it tho, one of the best mods standing tall with Mario's Madness!

Hey Mike, just wanted to preface that in most of your fnf videos, the video is faster than when the audio comes in. Example, you’ll be hitting future notes and the audio is trying to catch up to bf singing fast. Just something I thought I should tell you for future fnf videos. This issue was also in funkadelix

the issue in the piracy song is that you were drawing instead of playing the song when the notes started showing up😅It brings down your health by how bad you did, so when you were missing the notes your health was already super far down and the drawing killed you bc you didnt have any health to spare lol

1:15:00 Yeah, this is perhaps the worst song for the mechanics alone. You pretty much get forced some amount of damage from the writing prompts, so you have to write well with your mouse under very limited time, and do good on the notes to give yourself some HP. It used to be easier to scribble over the prompts, but the current patch fixed it and punishes you more for writing too much outside the lines.
Otherwise, No Party's solid as just something to vibe to. Nice work put in by Joey (guy who originally made the Balleyhoo character and anti-piracy series, also did the game over track here and a scrapped version of No Party on his channel) and JunoSongs (lyric artist who's since been voicing Balleyhoo).
