Concernant l'explosion des deux boudins noirs, j'ai eu quelques expériences similaires. Depuis plusieurs années, j'utilise une nouvelle méthode qui ne faillit jamais: je mets les saucisses (à température ambiante) dans une poêle avec un couvercle, avec de l'eau - jusqu'à ce qu'elle les recouvre presque, à feu doux. Quand l'eau réduit de moitié, je les retourne et continue jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'évapore presque complètement. Ils sont délicieux, ils ne craquent jamais, et on ne sent pas la manque d'huile, du beurre, etc. Je vous souhaite un bon fin de semaine!
I LOVE leeks! I have them braised often but never this way. It looks absolutely delicious! I feel like we don’t really appreciate how delicious leeks are in America. Thanks for sharing!
Happy New Year. And a joyful feast of the kings. I cannot buy gateau de rois where I live in the US so I made it. Puff pastry from the store and homemade frangipane almond cream. The explosion of the blood sausage made me smile and reminded me of the time when I made calamari stuffed with seasoned bread crumbs. They too burst open because I had neglected the slit them to let the steam escape. Delicious nonetheless. We enjoy your program and your company. Bientôt…Joseph.

Hello, I have never made a quiche but if I remember correctly the traditional recipe in France is a mixture with crème fraîche, eggs, bacon and a little milk and Emmental cheese, all placed on a base of sugar-free pie crust. I could try. My son would like it. Thanks for watching ☺️
I've been meaning to ask you if you eat boudin noir/ blood sausage. In britain we call it black pudding, in spain i think they call it morcilla. I've always liked it. Thank you🌟🙋♂️
Hello. my mother used to make boudin once a week when i was a child and I always loved it. but unfortunately i'm the only one who thinks so in my house;-) so i don't make it often but i still love it as long as it's fried in a pan in salted butter. I don't know if it's still common in France. I buy it at the butcher shop on my street. Have a nice evening ✨

I appreciate your professional knowledge and expertise. Living alone in the Upper Midwest, USA I try to prepare healthy and stews. I have enjoyed your recipes for chicken and beef stews. Merci.
Hello, in France the keto diet is followed by epileptic children and recommended for migraines' it is sometimes also recommended for weight loss but it is not very widespread, nor known. I followed a ketogenic diet for my migraines some time ago and it had a little effect but I stopped because since then I found an effective treatment. I think that the keto diet can be a great tool for people who have problems with sugar and compulsive sugar cravings. It can help to eliminate them so that you can then start again on a healthy basis and then start eating normally again.
