Is there an HOA fee? How many parking spots are available for this unit?

2 carpark spots, we call it tandem carpark , front and back carpark
Here we call in maintenance fees instead of HOA

RM808000 is about USD 171000, but MM2H expats must pay a minimum RM1000000 ( USD $211500 ). Can the locals afford this ?

      If MM2H expat , Rm 500,000

@@scottseowrealestate That's Good ! So, did this just change ? Google shows RM1 million minimum.

No, all the while, if you're holding MM2H Visa, you can purchase Rm 500,000 condo in penang island, but most of the expat/ people from other country won't really buy Rm 500,000 because they want a better condo/ apartment, location, neighborhood and etc, those great location, neighbourhood usually cost them Rm 1m onward

@@scottseowrealestate Thank You Scott for explaining this. Hopefully, upcoming MM2H changes make it easier to qualify for Expats. Penang real estate is already high now right? Some frugal expats might find other locations to buy / rent.

It's not up to me to say whether it's high or not at least we're not like China, and it's also depends on individual's budget, most of the expats are looking at northern region of Penang
