This new character sounds like a farmer

Sounds a bit like Jason Statham to me. Also Jason Statham played a character called Farmer in 'In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale'. Weird fact, but I thought it was relavant 😁

It is great to be able to finally see. Did you say that early release was 9am est 27 January? What is your load out for this mission?
I think it's 28th January, but not sure the time. The default weapons for mission 1 was the Berthier 1916 rifle, UD-42 SMG and Modele 1935A Pistol. There was no option for me to choose the weapons before the mission started.

When you're looking around at the 31:30 mark, below you can see a Resistance Poster. I wonder if that's one that you need to get in front of in order to do the extra mission?
The very first mission is more of a tutorial mission. I don't believe there is a poster to find in it.

I also saw that your screen glitched a couple of times.
This is just a DLC pack for Sniper Elite 5. The fact they have packaged this as a full game and priced it accordingly is a joke.
It seriously looks the exact same as 5
Thanks for your videos Daz. It was you who inspired me to play only on Authentic. But I can't watch this one - too much of a spoiler. I've downloaded the game to my PS5 Pro, but won't get access to play until tomorrow AM.
Once you give Authentic a go, the game changes for the better I say. And I understand if you cannot watch the videos right now. Thanks mate.

I'm not watching any of your Resistance videos until I've finished the campaign, nothing against you. If you did invasion only videos then I'd view, since those don't reveal plot details. I have the deluxe edition, so it should unlock for me at 6am on the 28th, i'm looking forward to it. Wishing you good shooting regardless.

There are 8 missions in the base game.

They may have been referring to the Season Pass that will have 3 campaign missions in the future among other things.

So far I've played the 1st mission and part of the 2nd. Would have liked to get further but...real life calls. I feel like #1 is way too short, was hoping for an expansive map with numerous objectives, like Atlantic Wall. #2 kinda has the spy academy look/feel going on, but better. It's too early to call it, but my initial impression is that it's mostly just more of the same as SE5. I'd give it a 6 out of 10, maybe 7 once I finish, if I'm impressed enough by the rest. I def feel like this game was a bit overhyped and overpriced, it feels more like a big DLC pack for SE5, not a standalone game.
I'm just happy for more Sniper Elite at this stage. I was kind of bummed that Sniper Elite 5 only had 2 Season Passes. Would have preferred 4.
I've only completed the first 2 missions, so it will be some time until I give my final verdict.
That voice is so annoying and the script is a bit poor .

Just another reskin. Even the icon color scheme is the same. This shouldn't have been it's own standalone.
Man, this is going to be a blast. No need to question buying or not. Hours and hours of replayable fun!!
