버터에 구울때 깔끔하게 구울수 있어요~!!
● 수산물시장에서 구매하고 3시간 넘게 지나서
살아있는 새우가 많이 없었어요😭
● 새우대가리를 따로 빼논게 없어서 라면 끓일때

새우를 촉촉하고 비린내가 나지 않게 조리하는 방법입니다. 소금은 800°C에서 녹기 때문에 프라이팬 조리를 할때 새우를 태우지 않고 골고루 익히는 역할을 합니다. 새우에서 나오는 육즙이 소금에 스며들었다가 다시 증발해서 새우를 쪄주는 방법이죠. &살균작용+약간의 소금간.
조리방법은 소금위에 새우를 얹고 뚜껑을 덮은 다음 강한 불로 짧은 시간 익히면 됩니다. 맛있게 드세요.🥰
