I never really got anxiety from that, but what do you normally do to help with your anxiety? Do you have skills or things you practice or anything? I know some people like to do the 5 senses thing (find 5 things you can see, then hear etc). Sometimes I snap a rubber band around my wrist to bring myself back to being present. Do you have any little things you do?

Perfect timing! You posted this whilst I was digging a hole. I woke up 4 hours later with the shovel still in my hands, and it appears that I kept going until I hit some crazy geological crystals that completely bent my shovel. It's gonna take me a while to climb out of here.
