Well I sometimes can't help but lose it watching some moron park his/her car and then give up. Like many others, I'll do a one attempt and park it after that. it's nothing malicious and I'll be lying to say I didn't want that spot. But dayum, how the hell these people get their license? Surely there is a parking test. I know I've gone through it.

That tanker truck; it’s a good thing the tractor didn’t have enough power to pull it back up the hill, it might’ve torn the valves and piping under the trailer and caused a HazMat incident. As it stands, it’s still possible unless the heavy wrecker operator really knows what he/she is doing.

Someone does that to me, they’d better be prepared for a pit maneuver.
Especially if you have dashcam to prove they instigated this. It would no longer be your fault that they slammed their car into your front end.
Don’t swerve and lose control.
Have the crash, and use video footage to make the perpetrator own the cost of the crash.
Which is one view. However you should always drive in such a way as to allow for other drivers to do something unexpected.
