I love to see someone who turns trash into treasure. This is a really wonderful piece of art.
I enjoy doing the same thing you are doing in this video but as beautiful as they are and as much as I love every one of my creations they were just taking up too much room and collecting dust. So now I try to make my pieces into something useful like a nightlight or a pen holder, or even a picture frame, rather than just being a dust catcher. I also found that they became easier to sell at craft shows when they had another purpose besides just looking good. 😉👍

i hope you don't mind, I made a little house like this for my mom's birthday last month, it was very similar, i just used a different shading and added some sparkle. this idea and the tutorial explained saved me because I didn't know what to give her, thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful!!! You are talented!! I never would have imagined all the layers and touch of colourful paint in this creation! I love how your video showed all of that and the way you were applying the paint. And who would of taught to use a hand napkin to mimic the wood!!?? Wow! You really are gifted!!!! I don’t know if I’d have the patience!! This would take me weeks if not months to try and do …. And I know somehow mine would look like 10 years old kid did it!! Lol 😂 But hey, if I ever decide to challenge myself and do this project, I’ll come back and share mine!! Thanks for giving me inspiration for new hobby!!!

1. Corrugated & flat cardboard, egg carton.
2. Razor knife, scissors.
3. Hot glue, white glue.
4. Acrylic paint - various colors.
5. Tissue paper.
6. Bottle, toothpicks.
7. Marker pen, pencil, drawing compass.

Lovely 👍 Hot glue has high cohesion, low adhesion. Keep that in mind if you want your projects to last.
I loved the idea of using the toilet tissue and pva glue to make rough wooden planks texture. Also the eggs box cardboard material seems to have a variety of uses, unfortunately in Taiwan they use plastic boxes and I have not managed to find a good substitute for that cardboard.
chop and cook the paper in water. Place this mixture evenly on plastic wrap and allow to dry.
