This knocked me out like a light , I actually felt chills down my spine as if a fan was there.
I've realised that even the smallest noise at night can make you stop dreaming or wake up, cuz everything is quiet. But with the simple noise that is being repeated for hours, you totally exclude everything around you from your senses and simply focus on resting. Me and my sister I falling asleep on the heater or the hair dryer since we were 8, and now I am 21 and she is 14. This videos saved my health, because whatever the machine for heating, it dries the air and when overused for couple a days in a row, you will have a sore throat. Love this videos, without overreacting I can say that in some way, they changed my life ! SHARE THE NOISE !

Everytime I listen to a fan sound, it brings me nostalgic memories from my late grandmother’s house when I was very young, watching cartoon at her bedroom, while a little fan was turned on. I always remember this particular scene and it makes me feel comfortable and in peace. Those distant times of inocence that will never come back again

I have slept with a fan for nearly 20 years, and can't fall asleep without it. My fan broke a year ago one night, and I was stressing about it until I came across this on spotify. I have since used this exclusively, and is the closest one I've found to the real thing! No advertising and 8 hours long on Spotify. Perfect!!!

What if I'll just disappear? I know you've been searching your whole life what could be the reason behind all of this pain. I know you've been crying while hiding at your pillows and blankets. I know it's painful. I know it's hard. I know you wanted to give up already. But look at you now. You're still here. Despite all of those thoughts and experiences, you are still here and fighting. Why? Because you are strong. You re brave. You are great. You are awesome. Everything happens for a reason and that's what everyone says, and how we wish we knew that reason. But even if we don't we still need to fight. Because everyday is new. Everyday has a lot of things to offer. Just keep on fighting and someday you will find the reason behind all of your suffering. Someday you will find yourself smiling and laughing. Someday will come and it will all be healed. I am no expert in giving advices to people, but we just need to be transparent to see peoples emotions, and so we can understand them. Stay strong. I know you can get through all of this.
