Please do more with hack motion! I wish you would have been wearing it in your short game lesson with James Ridyard when you were doing the grip and release patterns. Maybe demo those again? It would also be nice to see hackmotion data on bunker play and some of the specialty shots.
This what the prosendr training aid has you do as well. I trained with it for a bit and was amazed at the difference in feel of ball strike. I have never hit a ball so solid before.
Great drill and breakdown Coach! I see 90 degrees… 😊. I’ve been giving this a go too, but I will admit that I haven’t quite been stretching enough because my lower body feels out of sequence every few swings…. It’s always a journey!
Excellent overview Coach on how to maximize one's iron play! I fully agree with you that "overswinging" on the backswing will not help one with distance! As an experienced golfer, I have learned to take a three quarter backswing and I get far better results. My wrist set is basically as you illustrated (flat left wrist and bent back right wrist). Both of these help me in keeping a straight left arm and a folded right arm throughout the swing! Well Done Coach!
When you make your downswing, do you pull your arms down while making your hip turn or do you let your hip turn bring your arms down without adding any force with your arms? I hope i am making sense.
Brilliant, not only has this helped my ball striking but setting the 90 degree angle early has improved the start of my takeaway so much. Thank you

Exactly my issue. Do you feel like you are using any of the hands to hold that angle? More strenght in left or right or both the same?
