Glad I could help!! Sadly I am not playing the game right now as I don’t have the time commitment to play in battles anymore. However there are many great videos out there and I would encourage you to research them. As for deep refiner you can get it by defeating tank at the airport
Unless it’s been updated since this video was uploaded it was guaranteed to refresh every twelve hours. That’s 12 hours from when it was looted not a set time every day to refresh

If no one loots it during those twelve hours then the loot is “refreshed”
