i love this band because they actually have emotion in their music. you can hear it in his voice throughout the song, as if he's getting sadder and sadder as the song goes on. and the guitar and bass really do add that effect of it being a sad, but addicting song

My aunt gave me her old Gackt & Malice Mizer CDs when I was 11. It made me wanna learn Japanese back then. Listening to it now makes me so nostalgic. I wish I could go back to that time of my life.

it has that "mizerable" feeling/mood into it. the deep voice, the calming synths, the distinct/nostalgic guitar chords.
This song makes me feel a sadness as if the walls are caving in on me, i cant describe it, but I can never make it through the song without pausing it because of how sad I feel. It’s such a powerful song, you can really feel the emotions from it.. it’s so beautifully written, a perfect song to just listen to and reminisce to at 3 am… I hope I make sense here lol

The lead singer has such a clear and controlled voice, it makes the song sound very neat. The guitars are light and simple and don’t over power the lead singers voice, this is such a great performance 💯

1:40 will never fail to make me tear up a bit... kami did an amazing job with the drums during this performance, i can feel my heart beating along with his drums, its truly beautiful
Damn, played that part and I got goosebumps. I think all three MM singers were similar in that they were so good and portraying and expressing feelings. Gack had that longing, melancholic tone, it always feels as if he's exposing such an intimate and vulnerable memory, and the pain is so deep. So good

@@heatherontiveros9 i think it was only gackt who didn't want their music on listening platforms (even though mana is the leader...) but either way you probably know how strict japan is with copyright, but i also heard that mana is trying to get their music on more listening platforms
@@amada7662 i heard manas having trouble bc the label their songs are under he doesnt own anymore so he technically doesnt have the rights to the
their label no longer exists so they can’t really do anything without getting copyrighted. mana only owns some songs which he can publish but it won’t be the same.
@@amada7662 Gackt's solo stuff, which I'm sure he has more control over, is available on streaming services (though availability varies by country). Seeing as Moi Dix Mois also isn't available anywhere, it probably has more to do with Mana's end.

I love Tetsu’s voice. I really love this song sung by both of them. Their voices are so emotional and strong but in entirely different ways. This is my favorite song so maybe it’s nice to have two versions when I get tired of one.

As someone who actually lives in the Aegean region of Turkey this song reminds me of the summer nights that I had as a teenager. It makes me remember how free I was and how the future was just a distant thought whereas now I am going to leave this country altogether leaving my memories behind me.
Gackt's era is my favorite but I really really like Tetsu's version of this one better.

I always had listened to this all throughout summer. It’s beginning to become fall so whenever I listen to this, A wave of nostalgia and comfort comes to me. My parents and I always spent time together, But due to school being here I rarely see them. It makes me sad all the time.
So on late nights like these I put this song on. Because the association with summer embroidered in here and the presence of my parents feeling as well makes me feel safe. I miss them a lot.
