My boy as a baby was in a lot of pain while he was in training, they called the equine chiropractor to see if he needed an adjustment..not only did he need it the Dr. Put accupunctpins in on both sides of his spine....after the pins came out and minor adjustments were done my boy layed down and went to sleep for at least 45 mins..and for the rest of the day he was up and down..just really resting..I know he was feeling much better...

He started sort of inventing as he went along back in the 70s & I was lucky that I got to assist him on the job at a quarantine station I worked at in the 1980s. I was a full-on skeptic when I got volunteered. But after that couple of days, I launched myself into studying deep.pressure massage(not chiro but very like it in practice) & Am going further into the practice of natural medicine.

@@私はクソな中国人です I thought the same thing until I watched a Chiropractor adjust several horses back to back. Most of them had an obvious pain by the way they walked or held their heads. It literally looked like he did nothing until you seen the relief from the horse. Totally different walk and movement after their adjustments. Out barrel horse was one of the patients with a gimpy hip. He made some stupid looking adjustments that I rolled my eyes on, but the damn horse was totally different when he was done. It was instant relief in his walk and performance in the arena.

@@私はクソな中国人です they don’t have to speak, you can look and see the issues. Stiffness/soreness of an area is a good sign, but other times you can physically see or feel that the muscle/spots are off. The horse saying ‘you got the spot’ is the shaking, chewing, licking. This is because they release tension in these ways, so with the correct correction the tension is finally released.

Sleep with a pillow between your knees if side sleeping, when laying on your back put the pillow under your thighs (tuck it just below your bum cheeks)
It will be uncomfortable initially due to the misalignment, but once you get used to it its life changing and you will forever use them to maintain no more static pain.
Also laying on a tennis ball in the sore spot will help to release the tension too (a few mins at a time to avoid inflaming it too much) 🙏

      @@jamie.miller.inspiring Hullo Jamie.
Thank you for your tips, I've been suffering from Sciatica since I was 26years old.
      I've been to countless chiropractors,but, nothing's worked.
I broke my left leg, required a post insert, from knee to ankle, and pinned at either end, in October 2021, so, for some reason, my right leg, (Sciatic-riddled), had no issues, as I used it primarily for support, for 5 months.
As I gained my "walk" again, my Sciatica came back gradually, and now, I hurt, when rising from a sitting position, and, heaven forbid, I fall down, as both knees refuse to bend, so that I get myself upright.
I've only had to attempt righting myself to my feet once, and found, the only process, is to "crab" to a slightly higher platform, i.e. a sofa, use my arms to haul myself upwards,(like a seat/sofa) then (Stage 2), push my body upwards, using arm muscles, bending forwards, for my hips to take the weight.
Once upright, I pause, for a second or to, so that, left leg bones, and joints/pins, reset into place, and, right leg's Sciatic nerve, settles, before I resume walking.
Add to this, in January 17th 2023, after an MRI(?) scan revealed, I've contracted osteoporosis, although the hospital didn't specify which particular area I was infected.
      So, I'm mobile, but hurting.
      Waiting to see what's next.
