Don't worry about losing the weight. From what I've heard from other doctors is that you will get smaller all over but your proportions will stay the same. I'd try some target exercising to get the look you want. You can also build muscle underneath that fat and focus on squats and other butt building exercises. Great video!

Hi there!!! So happy for another update. I wanted to ask you how you did your lymphatic massages with the procedures you had? Did you have to bend over on the table or bed to avoid stretching the tummy incision? Are you still getting them? If not, how many did you do? Find it beneficial at all? Curious as to how I will be able to get massages after with tummy tuck and bbl.
LaBella Rochelle I got 9 massages in DR. She did my back while sitting on my Boppy pillow. For the stomach massage i had my legs bent when laying on my back. I stopped because I have a Seroma that will need to be surgically removed. I’ll resume afterwards. I’ve had in total about 20. Definitely beneficial!l especially in the beginning when you have your drain in. Hurts like shyt but you feel so much better afterwards.
Claudia Lexine because I was going by myself. They have a nurse and doctor there 24/7. And they staff cooks all your meals and snacks. It’s also safer in a recovery house. I didn’t have to worry about when to take my meds and they took my vital signs to make sure I was good.
