50-60 is playable but not good, especially at their level. Bare minimum is 30 or 40, you can still feel the slightest bit of delay but is good on less complex heroes

I think basic and mielow is too overrated, i remember when basic going back to ph just to prove he is a good player and turned out his performance is nothing special also when mielow said he is better than all indonesian exp laner and suddenly got smoked in tournament.
