Hi, my phone is mucking about, it’s an iPhone 7+. When I call anyone on WhatsApp it says unable to initiate call and when i try call someone on normal messages, it goes through to the person im trying to call but I can’t hear them and they can’t here me😭 do you know what to do?
Hello everyone, For android users ; try to clean your memory and try this method if you are still facing this issue then follow these steps, 1- Clear WhatsApp Cache: WhatsApp may accumulate temporary data that can lead to issues. Clear the cache by going to WhatsApp Settings > Storage and Data > Manage Storage > Clear All Chats or select specific chats to clear. 2- Reinstall WhatsApp: If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp. Note that you'll need to back up your chat history before doing this. 3- Check Restrictions: If you've enabled content restrictions or parental controls on your iPhone, it might affect WhatsApp's ability to make calls.
