Hello, thank you for the insightful webinar. Can I ask a question here? We want to track ads source that drive leads to Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp which are connected to HubSpot inbox. HubSpot natively doesn't track it. So, I am wondering if we can achieve that with custom event. We don't add a medium page between ads and messaging app. We just use button which is available in Meta ads. Can we track it with custom event? Thanks in advance.
I would look into sending data from Facebook as a custom event for this. But if you have all those platforms integrated with HubSpot, you should be able to see the ad clicks that lead to contact creation inside of Messenger or WhatsApp and then HubSpot
