Really enjoyed watching this session. I've started incorporating a lot more of these kind of drills with quick changes of direction on and off the ball. Great stuff man !! 💯
Great video man ! I use my playr tracker whenever I do individual training sessions with a fitness element, it’s really good to see the numbers which helps you to get an idea of where you are at physically and how much harder you need to work to reach that professional standard of athleticism !

Michael can you do a video on defending 1on1? I'm a CB and on the ball thanks to you im really comfortable but I feel like I have neglected the defending part of my game
What I notice is you did not explain when going around the cones you need to shorten your steps and work around the cones instead of putting your right leg down and stop for a second and take off again which makes a big difference when you're cutting around the corner your legs need to work when cutting around a corner. I don't know any amateur players that does this correctly, maybe it's because of their fitness. Good job man, keep up the good work.

Right now I am planning about drills I need to do. Not started yet. I'm focusing on my physique . And I workout 3-4 days per week depending how much time I get cuz I have class in online
I know these might look easy but the thing is the moment I hit the pitch thinking about ur drills I had them printed on a paper and then started with it. It was all good till the final fatigue drill started my dumbass thought that I could sprint for the daigonal run on the pitch and that's where my body got all fatigued and heavy at the 7th min... Though I didn't analyze my data but I know I really need to work on the fatigue part... Thanks for motivating me 🙌
Would you say the more you did this training session, the more fitter you got and are u able to play more without getting tired and fatigue? That’s what I’m aiming for, to be able to last longer without fatigue
@@foltzy Yes brother... The good part about it is after 55-60 mins due to fatigue I always forgot to scan my surroundings as my fitness increased now this usually happens around 80-85th min. Hope you can increase your fitness too. Best of luck my man Vamos 💪🔥
