Yeah, except in those situations.....if you are in a union, you are typically employed.
Kap opted OUT of his contract. He chose not to be employed by the 49ers anymore.
Bottom line is dude was regressing. He wasn't a top-level QB. If I were an owner and I was going to have a marginal back up, why would I want one with extra baggage? A backup QB's job is to essentially shut up and color until we need you. This is definitely not a shut up and color situation.

Wiley's whole argument would make sense if the NFL didn't allow players that have committed or have been involved in actual crimes to play. And for the record kaep isn't the first player to sue the nfl for collusion the only difference is that the other player was allowed to play again

Wiley mentions "outsiders", yet talks about Kaepernick like an outsider. This dude is not a reliable source on anything.

My 2 cents on the Kap situation. He was a decent player on his best day. The league doesn’t need any of its players including Tom Brady. The league is a privilege and brotherhood. The league is also a work place aka not the best place to protest in any manner. I 100% agree with Kap for the reasoning behind his stand and salute him for using his platform. End of the day he just ain’t got the juice to be pulling something off like that and it’s facts. What’s done is done I can sit here and say I wish he did it on social media or whatever else but it most likely wouldn’t be out here. Hell 3 yrs later we talking about Kap not playing in the league not his stance against social injustice. What was actually accomplished? 10 years from now it’s going to seem like folklore. The league will never promote it

The reason why u file a lawsuit is to get paid. Was he not suppose to take the check? That defeats the purpose. You should not have to give up your dream for bigotry.

I don't know why...but it's something else behind Wiley's distain or harsh regards somewhat towards Kap... not cool though

Again, Vlad is misinformed. Eric Reid was a free agent for way longer than he should have been. He started kneeling the same time Kap did. They were on the same team. Vlad, you can keep interviewing athletes, but don't speak about sports. You're obviously not interested enough to do research.

I’ll never forget the story of Kap smashing IG “influencer” Brittany Renner making her pay for her own flight, smashed her and kicked her out of his crib and made her book her flight back home 😂💀 that’s some Future savagery 💯

Vlad doesn’t give 2 Shytes about Black culture so naturally he views Kap’s incentive to be the money and not social injustice. People, be careful who narrates your reality.
