Started watching when you guys were doing the new goat barn addition and building the doors for the tractor and stuff. Now watching the older ones with the bus and such. I am really amazed at how well you guys have become so cohesive and like know what the other one is thinking and get alone so well. Love watching all you do. Keep up the good work. Oh, to be young again.

The turkeys have been broody since we got them. I was able to pull the darker ones of the nest to get the eggs but the gray one comes after me 😅

If y’all are having trouble getting the boards to self feed thru the planner try cleaning the infeed and out feed rollers with mineral spirits and then wipe them clean. The oils from cedar will cause the rollers not to grab the boards causing y’all to have to push and pull the boards thru the planner.
You ought to do a photo shoot for Christmas with the goats posed on the rocks with Santa hats

The only "insulation" my dad used in our barn (North Dakota) was just scraps he didn't have anywhere to throw. Scrap metal etc in in-between lol
and look all dead wood that down on the gound around the place you should gather is up to use for fire wood

My dad used to always tell me, you can judge a person by how he, or she treats animals !! Well I guess that means you and Katie are very very good people !! In Saskatchewan mom had a regular light bulb in the chicken coop and heater in the water. They survived ok.
FYI: Hot water or warm water freezes faster than cold water. Its called the"Mpemba affect" hot water is closer to its evaporation temperature so there is less water to freeze, also cold water traps gas particles which causes cloudy ice and takes longer to freeze plus as the temperature changes it gains momentum lining up the molecules.
That's not to say that warm water isn't better for the goats to regulate their body temperature. That little tid bit of information I did not know but it makes sense since hot coffee or hot chocolate help warm humans when they are cold. I also agree with everyone else about wearing s mask when cutting cement board and even wood. Some cedars will actually make you sick with flu like symptoms.😮

Greg, you should build yourself some I-Beam saw horses to work with instead of those folding tables. A lot more stable and safer for the two of you. Mill some small trees for 2x4 and make yourself a portable safe workstation.
