I can confirm these are good settings. Just tried them out. Improved my overall gameplay quality by at least 50%. 5600x 5700xt 32gb ram. Balanced settings and then modified per video. On par to say the least. Less stuttering and fps. Thank you!
I have amd 5 3600x and RTX 4060, ram 32 GB On normal settings from 80 > 100 fps in 2048 × 1080 I have a 165 Hz monitor I can't get more Fps and it should be better. Drivers and windows up to date

Make sure all drivers are up to date and windows is also up to date. Could try a fresh driver install also 👍

try disabling smart access memory in bios if you have that enabled
