เรื่องราวของสาวๆ ทั้ง 5 คนที่ชื่อพลอยเหมือนกัน ทุกคนมีนิสัย ความฝัน และความรักที่แตกต่างกัน จนเป็นที่มาของฉายา พลอยกิจ พลอยสวย พลอยแสบ พลอยเนิร์ด และพลอยจาง จนกระทั่งวันหนึ่งเกิดเหตุการณ์สุดวุ่นวาย เมื่อเบอร์โทรในหนังสือรุ่นสลับกัน ทำให้เส้นทางชีวิตและความรักของแต่ละคนได้พลิกผัน
พลอยกิจที่บ้านกําลังจะถูกยึดก็ได้มาเจอ ทัพชนะ คนที่เป็นรักแรกแต่จบกันได้ไม่สวยอีกครั้ง พลอยกิจเป็นคนทำหนังสือรุ่นแต่ได้เมินเฉยต่อเหตุการณ์ที่ผ่านไปแล้วเป็น 10 ปี ทัพชนะกลับเอาเงื่อนไขว่าจะช่วยเหลือหากพลอยกิจแก้ไขเรื่องความรักที่ไม่สมหวังของ พลอยสวย เพื่อนสนิทของเขาให้ได้สมหวังกับ เมฆ อีกครั้ง รวมถึงแก้ไขเรื่องราวความเข้าใจผิดในอดีตของ คราม กับ พลอยเนิร์ด พลอยแสบ กับ พงศ์ตะวัน และ พลอยจาง กับ ปีใหม่ ที่เป็นรักแรกของกันและกัน แต่ทุกอย่างกลับถูกพลิกผันเพียงเพราะหนังสือรุ่นที่ผิดพลาด!
