Cool structure. It’s a shame it’s in the present condition. I wouldn’t place hope in anything ever happening to it, besides its destruction. If people are exploring it, and folks get hurt due to their exploration, the government will finally move to get it eradicated. It’s a shame, as it is a very unique building.
No reliable public transportation there. Not all tourists wish to drive. That's the problem with Miami Dade overall. It has great attractions but how would tourists and workers a like commute to that location?

You definitely need to be observant where you place your feet while going through as there are holes in the floor and exposed rebar to get cut on.

look at all that exposed rebar , that thing will collapse one day . 10/10 dont reccomend anyone go in there.
