I find myself wishing and hoping the boosh will come up with new material. We need more Boosh!!!! My wife and i still rewatch their show all the time. It never seems to get old. Love The Boosh
I'll be honest, first time watching this ep, the second Naboo started singing (after stating he was a shaman and his mind was like a fortress), I yelled "Run, Vince! Save yourself!" Seconds later he too goes literally spinning off into the same trance singing. Between that and the all cozy in bed together scene, I damn near died laughing from lack of oxygen. And again, tbh, this show could be trying to kill us all with laughing fits, but I'd be here for it if they ever brought it back. In any form. Even just a handful of episodes. Or couple of movies. Or one movie. 10 minute Mini movie. Anything! I'll take it! Series of paperback books. Comic book. Pamphlet. Brochure. Whatever. I think I'm a tidbit desperate here... At least we've got the DVDs. That's a comfort.
"Don´t worry about me, I´m a shaman. My mind is like a fortress!!" I play this aloud whenever some shouting drunks pass my windows late night... I guess each of them have become parsley :-)
Julian is the square on the show, but in reality he's the musician. This scene and this song take me back to my earlier 20's, hanging out with my friends, eating pizza, smoking a little bit o pot, and not having a care in the world
Same. Whenever I am stressed or feeling down I sing to myself the line "Everything is fine, everything is good here." Does it help? Sometimes. Most of the time people just look at me like I am a nutter but then it just makes me laugh and I feel better.
This was the episode I used to try to convince my parents to give The Mighty Boosh a chance when I was like 12, it didn't work, but it has given me major nostalgia for this episode in particular.
I think this is the only moment for Howard “Parsley” where he was truly at peace in the entire show. I wish he could’ve adopted a slightly less intense affect from the yetis that would make him appreciate things more. That’s just me
I would love to see new episodes from mighty boosh, it's my favorite tv show, and it's the kind of stuff that keeps you happy through the day and makes life bearable.
I had never watched this show before and this was the first eppy I did catch. The song and sceen hooked me in quick. I had to come look it up to hear it again to get the melody out of my head!
Call of the Yeti=psychedelic masterpiece! The best comedy short I've ever seen! Was very surprised to see the involvement of Coogan&Normal though. Weird but not creepy [ Lof Gent.],funny but not sick [ Little Brit.]. Perfect, charming comedy!
I wish Vince (edit: I mean Noel 😅) and Julian would start a band, they're clearly incredibly talented musicians, and their voices are very complementary!
Perfect time and way to spend time looking for that sound in our isolation. Spending these daze with the Mighty Boosh and me cat contemplating greater things , as simply all good again, somehow Anywho, how I adore and love these guys, and the sacredness of the Mighty Boosh.
Damn right. It was the best episode of the best season of one of the best comedy shows ever made. I haven't laughed that hard since my first time watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
In the context of a comedy show, this song hits on a whole different level. True separation from all that is merely guides for a "life." No one needs a family or friends. Until you let go and admit everything is nothing and nothing is everything, you're trapped.
Good to know that there are others who can’t last a day without making a Mighty Boosh reference 😂 It’s a miracle if I go 24 hours without singing The Soup Song.
I love the Boosh. This song is so creepy yet strangely Ambient. I could listen to this all day!!! That scence where Naboo starts singing always has me in stich's.

Lasuil yeah.
Ikr? Wish they came back for a fouth series though.
We all do, we all do...
Julian has an amazing singing voice.
So does Noel😍😍
Underrated genius.
I wish Julian would do more music. If I’m correct he wrote most if not all the music for the mighty boosh.
1035pm Julian wrote all the music and Noel did all the costumes and art, as far as I’m aware.
1035pm Id really recommend the album version of Isolation if you’ve never heard it
Something about this song is actually hypnotizing. The vocal harmonies, and when the bass comes in at 1:40, it's really nice,
It's a great song
Early Pink Floyd vibes. Grantchester Meadows.
@@aarondavis8943 I was getting a big time Yes vibe, could easily be an excerpt of Scenes from The Topographic Ocean.
"That's great Parsley. Let's get outta here."
I love how quickly vince accepted that.
For fuck's sake I can't get this song out of my head
I think that ´s ... what was I saying? can´t remember... but everything is good now!
it's all part of the ritual :D
Me too brother, me too.
In the commentary they said all of the crew had it stuck in their head
It's been stuck in my head for 13 years
i love noel's pigtails. my fave hairstyle
Bunches! Jeez

That bit makes me temporarily question my sexuality.
Id turn gay for pigtail vince

howard's singing is so good here.
Noel is so beautiful with those pigtails. :) Also, I love that this is just a good song, even outside of the Boosh.
something about the way Noel sings heart the first time makes me feel things

YES YES
The second season was a huge leap forward in quality on the music. This is a good example. Beautiful, suggestive, phychedelic - and funny.
But the blizzard rap is so good

@DnB and Psy Production Blasphemy. The Boosh is eternal. They could easily come up with new characters, concepts, and crimps.
I can't quit listening to this. The rhythm of it and Julian's voice :-)

The way he looks at the camera when he says family gets me every time.
