I didn't think of this until now, but I'm guessing that your family is going to expect your daughter to be baptized or something. If that's something you don't want for her, that's probably something that's going to cause friction with your religious family members. Or it's something you're going to do, even though you don't believe, and it's going to be an awkward experience.
I recently learned my ex enrolled her kids in a Christian school. If our relationship had lasted, that's not something I would have been okay with.

It was hinted at and directly asked of me a few times but we declined. It wasn't a huge issue. The more stressful issue is opening prayers at our own events. I tried to prevent it from happening at the wedding ceremony and that didn't work. Bridal shower, baby shower, and now baby's first bday...as long as they are gathered at an event I don't know if I can prevent it from happening without making a scene.

I would have thought refusing the baptism would have been a bigger issue. I'm glad to hear it hasn't been.
When I visit some friends each month for game day, they will say prayer before we have dinner. The other atheist and I at the table just sit there for the few seconds it lasts. I'm not the host, nor is it my house, so I don't mind it.
But if it were my house, my event, etc, and I had someone interrupting my life with constant prayers, I would be annoyed as well.
