I have received an abundance of non helping help all my life and I have learned much. Earlier today I was thinking about my upcoming reuniting with estranged daughter and granddaughters and about releasing the wounds- of pain, grief, abandonment, etc. I keep wanting to say " but she..." glad I have a bit more time bring myself into balance and clarity.
