I was really disappointed by this movie, especially when it came to the effects. It’s hard to say whether the problem was bad directing, poor creative choices, budget constraints, or something else entirely. What makes it even more frustrating is that the team behind the practical effects is easily one of the best in the business. Unfortunately, this film doesn’t come close to showcasing their usual level of excellence. The story itself had so much potential (as in the overall story) but ended up falling flat. It could have been so much better with stronger writing and overall direction. As someone who has loved werewolves since childhood, this movie’s failure hits even harder-it’s like adding insult to injury.
Why won't people who are acually paying for these movies to be made just turn around to the director and say, "One more damn light flare, and you're fired"?. Almost unwatchable.. I saw it for free, and still feel like I was robbed.

My plot goes like this: a werewolf is working as a janitor at a High School -- making use of a decommissioned boiler in the basement to contain himself on nights during a full moon. One day, some jocks lure some nerdish boys into the basement and lock them in the chamber. You know -- just for the sake of cruelty. That night, when the werewolf janitor goes down to the boiler room to lock himself in, he discovers the boys in there. He tries to shoo them to safety and get back before he changes, but doesn't succeed. He's killed by a truck before ending them, but they're all infected. When the next full moon rises, it results in a "Carry-like" ending -- only with teeth and claws instead of telekinesis. ••• PEACES!!!
