My mum never got to see my son as I was an older mum, she had me lateish too and she died from cancer in her 70s. But I was single for years, so having a grandchild earlier wasn't an option for me. It makes me sad but that's life.

A lot of us baby boomers were deprived of our grandfathers. My granddad died in Freetown, Sierra Leone just before the end of WW11. My other grandfather suffered from PTSD from WW11. He put his head in a gas oven & tried to take his own life. 🥲🥲

Jane. My B12 deficiency first started with foot and leg cramps. Other minerals or vitamin deficiencies can also give cramps.
