The only problem I have with buying an off Road mobility scooter like this is the fact the Never put a wind guard around the tiller so that are legs don't get freezing while enjoying being out I got a tga breeze s4 2020 an the tub front is amazing to keep legs warmer an I got the hard top canopy to with weather sides no fun dealing with you're disabilities with being wet an cold. Nice looking machine but for the price I couldn't buy one.
Interesting how you claim this scooter can do up to 35 miles with its 100ah batteries. The Pride Ranger can only do 29.3 miles with 100ah batteries fitted, yet they are exactly the same as each other. I have proved the distance on the Ranger to be true. What road tests has the FC been put through to give your stated mileage figure?
This is a Pride Wrangler in 🇺🇸 and it's a Pride Ranger in 🇬🇧 I'm curious to find out how many have been dogged by controller faults like the Wrangler / Ranger has. I only had mine for a month before the controller wiring connector failed. It was eventually replaced by Pride, who it turns out knew of the fault long before I'd purchased it. I had my replacement a further 7 months before that too failed. I was charged £118 for a 'fix kit' from Pride, it included a whole new section of wiring for behind the tiller and a new controller connector for the rear of the scooter. That too has thrown a fault since its purchase. Although my scooter looks utterly amazing and turns heads everywhere I go, it is too plagued by faults to be trusted. The Fellman Chaser is just a very expensive gimmick as the only difference between the two is colour choice! The Pride Ranger in the 🇬🇧 is at least £2000 cheaper than the Fellman Chaser.
@@spuddyspud8178 The Wrangler / Ranger are exactly the same, internally and externally. The UK Ranger has simply been pre programmed to be slower. This is adjusted by plugging into the two control units at the rear of the scooter.
It is with a name change that makes it cost £2000 extra, don't mean to Diss careco but come on, don't charge more than a ranger or wrangler, it's taking advantage of disabled and those that don't know its cheaper under the original name, plus the storage box section is not what you put there, it's on the ranger and wrangler too, to make it your own you should have changed the design and added extras like a drink holder, but not a £2000 one, lol
Hey Robert ― While we don't have figures for the maximum gradient for the Fellman Chaser, we wouldn't recommend attempting to climb a gradient of 20+ degrees. Most road mobility scooters will manage an incline of up to 10 degrees safely. If there's anything else you'd like to know about the Fellman Chaser, we'd recommend giving our team a call on 0333 015 5000. Thanks!
@@CarecoCoUk I'll just have to keep my eye on those mobility scooters that ARE capable of climbing a gradient of 20 degrees, or the one that can climb a gradient of 35 degrees. Thanks.
