I've watched a lot of these LL vids., and I haven't seen one yet that shows what happens when someone is coming OUT of LL when one is going IN ? That road/trail is barely wide enough for one , so...?
You have to look ahead and wait sometimes. Uphill has the right of way. There are a few spots where you can pull off to the side. Most traffic is toward the lake in the morning, and back in the afternoon. Possible to get unlucky.
There is an alternate 4 wheel drive route you can take if you enter north of Willow Springs on 395 instead of going through the Virginia Lake entrance.
@@cespool Okay, neat. I think I will hike the lakes in the morning, go up the Virginia Lake entrance to the ridge, and down toward Willow Springs to make it a loop.
Pretty cool trail and Video!

Have you done Kavanaugh Ridge yet? If not I think you'll love it. Good job and keep the videos coming.
Thanks! Kavanaugh Ridge looks great. I will definitely try it once the snow melts.

Yes, there has been a recent rollover death on this road 😬
