I saw a video of Los Endos at Montreal and you were perfect and fantastic. Really close to all those Phil Collins drums fills. You are a truly Genesis Guy. Congratulations.✌️
You nailed it Nick, so happy to see you drumming Phil' stuff, because I know how much you love his parts and the special feeling you get when you play them. Prog on 🤟🏻
Cool video. I caught the tour a couple of days later in Toronto. The whole band was incredible. When they started to play Supper's Ready, it was great to see Nick grooving along to the lyrics just as the rest of us were. You could just tell that he was a Genesis fan long before playing with Hackett.. Fantastic show.
Great sounds plus a few extra drummers in the front row!!

Squeeeee! I had goosebumps! I can just imagine what this must mean to you, Nick, getting to play Phil's drum parts on stage 2gether with Mr Hackett! And you absolutely nailed it big tone of course! Epic! ❤️ ❤️
Wonderful. You are an amazing inspiration and playing with Steve Hackett makes total sense. My home town of Montreal was the perfect show to play your first event due to the fact that Montreal has always a large Genesis fan base.
My daughter and I saw you with Steve Hackett at the State Theater in New Brunswick, NJ. We are veterans of many of his concerts and so enjoyed your drumming; a blend of incredible timing, color, and emotion that re- engaged our attention to songs we know so well. Shadow of the Hierophant at the end of the first set was a stunning piece of music. Your playing on that was a high point for sure.
So, I've seen Steve play more times than I can count with this fantastic band. I might just do that again to see the fabulous Nick D. What an incredible talent.
'Like a dream come true' I'm guessing..one of your huge influences (Genesis and Phil Collins style) and all these years later performing with Steve..wow..THAT is beyond cool.
Congrats, Nick, what a great musician to play with! Searching tickets for the European tour I see that you won't come to Spain. I was in all SH concerts in Barcelona. Really sad!
I've seen this band so many times, I've lost count but the energy's always there and this is no exception. I don't know if this is a permanent arrangement or not but Steve only has superlative drummers so lucky Canada.
I watch all your Sweetwater Tutorials Nick. You do an amazing job. Which made me very curious watching the Steve Hackett promo, what Drum Kit are you using for this tour?? 🥁
I've seen Craig and Steve Hackett's Genesis Revisited band play three times. I would love the chance to see Nick play with that band, but they are not coming anywhere near Atlanta this time. Maybe down the road...
Anyone know why Craig had to bow out? But it's definitely a treat to see Nick play this stuff. Takes me back to the first time I saw him play when he drummed for Kevin Gilbert's Lamb show at Progfest... 28 years ago? Crikey! 😵
Craig is brilliant, but it would have been brilliant to see NDV on the drums with Steve on the UK tour. Of course, much of Seconds Out featured two drummers… 😉🤣
Seeing all the gear and the mics … I always think of Billy Joel’s Piano Man and the lyric… “… and the microphone smells like a beer” … when I see a used mic … 😂😂😂😂😵💫😵💫😵💫
Great stuff Nick. Wish I could have been there. Actually, wish I would have known earlier about your gig, I would have definitely been there, I live in Montréal for Christ’s sake! I also checked out some other posters of this show, one that actually features you soloing (th-cam.com/video/ly_ALSKPgac/w-d-xo.html). Playful and humorous, as usual. I am curious though: did the gig involve a drum solo from the get go, or is this something that got added in? I was thinking about this, soloing during concerts doesn’t seem to be frequent for you.

The guys air drumming in the front row! Lol, amazing. 😂 Love it.
At least he was air drumming. I had some Frenchh guy beside me singing out loud the whole show
the perfect drummer who can emulate phil's original drumming for genesis!! great to see you in the drum seat nick!

He’s literally playing it exactly like Phil does. I’m so happy
Cool venue, cool kit! and of course great playing and creativity!! Blessings!!
Nick, you are amazing! It’s so great you have the opportunity to play this part of the tour with Steve and the guys. Cheers from Germany! Marcus

Very cool. Good luck going forward. Sadly, I could not make the Tarrytown show. Maybe next time. Thank you.

I’d like the video, but my phone screen will only let me hit dislike. You are one of my favorite drummers Nick.
Onya Nick! Should be you and Nic Collins doing this together.
Awesome stuff!

Would love to see this in the UK
Nice - looks like a few guys on the front row who would like to up there on the kit too!
When I see BBT in North America someday, I'll be one of those guys air drumming, guitaring, and conducting the brass. No inhibitions!!
I've seen Craig and Steve Hackett's Genesis Revisited band play three times. I would love the chance to see Nick play with that band, but they are not coming anywhere near Atlanta this time. Maybe down the road...
Dude way to warm up that city with your hot music
Bravo Nick
We have tickets to see the show on Saturday night. Total bonus that you will be playing drums!!

Would have loved to have been there …

Nice! Are you doing any of the Phil Collins backup vocal parts, Nick? (Can't see a mic.)
Nick, you are a fantastc musicien, thank you very much. If you have à drum for me for my christmas, you will be my santa clos......Bye !
Seeing all the gear and the mics … I always think of Billy Joel’s Piano Man and the lyric… “… and the microphone smells like a beer” … when I see a used mic … 😂😂😂😂😵💫😵💫😵💫

NDV Rules!!
I keep saying this but Roger King does a better job than TB in some ways …great drums Nick 😂😂
