Sir, I have a doubt, in the last question why 6,7.8.9.& 10 identical set of chocolate can not possible?

Because total 5 chocolates only can be selected. One from each of the 5 bags.

Sir , there is doubt in chocolate probability question, why does 1 chocolate not identical?

Identical means compared to one chocolate one or more chocolates are identical.
For one chocolate only, there is no other chocolate to compare.
