I followed your tutorial and went to VFS Global, but there is no service from Uzbekistan to Portugal either. It looks like if I'm in Uzbekistan, I neee to lodge my application in Russia. But if I travel to Russia, does it mean that I have to stay there for the 45 days required to process my visa application? 😮😢... I don't understand how to proceed. Help🙏
You will need to contact the embassy. "In some embassies" you will submit all the copy of your passport pages, submit it and bring your original passport with you and just be back when u receive email approval. Please contact the Embassy of Portugal in Russia

If you will check the requirement from the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Portugal, Education Cert is not included in the list. However, if you include that in your documents, it could increase your chances of getting approve.

Yes, attached one at the application form and one loose for them to scan if you got approved.
