I did this trail in the other direction way back some 30 years ago with my teenage daughter. In those days there were serious efforts to keep cars and trucks off the trail given the damage ICE vehicals do to gravel roads, but sadly the people in charge now look the other way as cottagers and others long the route drive on it on all sorts of ICE vehicles spoiling the natural beauty of the region. It'sno longer a classy biking or hiking trail, but now a multi purpose dustry trail made dustier by every car, truck or other ICE vehical used by folks too lazy to walk or peddle.
Finally... Someone cycling this trail! I've always wanted to do it, and now you are showing us how! Thank you.

Did the big washout get repaired? it was just after lafferty on the decent to christina lake from Paulson
