I think they both care for each other but I think this particular situation is because Ethan doesn’t like it and can’t stand it but it’s kind of in a joking way and u can actually tell that Grayson is freaking out. And I think sometimes Grayson has rlly bad panic attacks where he feels like he can’t even move and stuff so he’s trying to calm him down we’re as ethans phobias he was freaking out but not like seriously having a panic attack. But I also agree with u ethans always like are u ok and it’s so sweet where Grayson still does but not as much as Ethan. Maybe it’s cuz he’s his little brother but Grayson is also like the dad 😂😂

I have Arachnophobia. I once tried to kill a spider that was on my ceiling.... I started sweating, shaking, gagging, getting hot flashes, and i had trouble breathing. Let's just say it ended with me on the couch crying and a dent in my ceiling 😂😂
