Im a carnivore! So Steaks are the best along with Brisket. Never seen this done before but I will certainly try it. I will pass on the scrubbing and cleaning LOL. The 🥩 looked amazing. Thanks for sharing friends.👍🇺🇸❤️👏🥑
I now look around the high points of your RV for potential objects that might fall on Bill's head. "You can clean anything in my RV, Anytime." Keep cleaning Bill, might get that 3rd kiddo after all. The steak looked amazing. I found this video slightly more mildly entertaining than usual.
deer bill this is John chalker Waterbury Connecticut loved your video on doing a reverse sear I know all about it because it is a standard of the chef community I used to do it when I was a laborer at a hotel I used to cuz I always I went to culinary school so I should know what a reverse serious and you did it the right way you did a wonderful job CC ❤️❤️🌹🌹🇺🇲🇺🇲👢👒🎩🥾🐕🐕
YES!!!! We’d love to grill for you guys. Smoking the steaks added another dimension of flavor for sure. These grills are great but require quite a bit of maintenance to keep them in top condition.
Those are some nice thick steaks! Now I'm accustomed to watching K&R grilling. So I'm a little disappointed that the grill didn't catch on fire. But I guess not everyone grills like Kyle aaaaaaaaaaaaahahahaha!
@@NursingOurTravelBug oh come on now. what's all the digs at me. lol. don't worry bill. you'll be ON FIRE like me some day. 🤣🤣🤣 but where you lack in ONFIRE. you exel at mildly entertaining broken phones. 😂😂😂
Like the have to have a "beer" while cooking rule and even better it was a Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy- (made in our home town- Chippewa Falls, WI) . we love our steaks medium rare.. Enjoy.. 👍#23 Chasing RV Sunshine🌞- Joel, Deb & 🐕Maya
2 takeaways...I think Natasha is hungry, and I think she likes you cleaning things around the house :) Too funny. Those steaks look amazing! I will have to try salting them beforehand. Reverse sear, I learned something new! Smoky steaks, did they taste like ribs but better? Debbie - BluWave Odyssey
You can slide the heat plate to get a direct flame sear which is better than a pan. You can only do 1 at a time but it's worth it. One less pan to clean.
ok. first off. I hope those steaks have not been sitting in the fridge last coupe weeks uncovered. 🤣🤣🤣. Natasha will be more than hungry after cooking those. lol. ok y'all made this video really weird and awkward now with the cleaning segment. 😂😂😂.....oh man. did you hear that skizzal skizzal. boom baby. you killed it bro. much love.
These steaks look juicy. We love to smoke just about any meat and the flavor is so good. We are interested in your smoker, how do you guys like it overall? Thanks for sharing this video. ~Wilson & Kelli
We really, really like this grill. It’s the perfect size & weight for RV living. It does require some regular maintenance. For instance: you have to vacuum out the ash before using it so embers don’t climb up the pellet auger. I also do the deep clean you saw in the video if I’m going to be doing a high heat cook, so I don’t get a grease fire. In addition, you can’t just shut off the grill when you’re done. You have to slowly cool it down so the cooking fan doesn’t kick on and fan the flames. This can cause a fire in the auger. However, with these simple tasks, you will not only produce a delicious meal but also extend the life of your grill. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to email us at NursingOurTravelBug@gmail.com
We’ve told the kiddos to use more colorful descriptions when we ask their opinions in stead of “it was great or fun or cool”. This is what she comes up with. 😉Bill’s a fantastic cook. I’m a lucky gal.
You not supposed to salt the camera. LOL. Yeah if I have a smoker I would do it this way too. I cook my steak vacuum sealed in a 157f degree bath for 18 hours. Then sear it for 2 minutes on each side and it's the most tender steak you will ever have.
Looks quite edible. Digging the wife's tshirt.
It was most delicious. That was her souvineer shirt from Buc-ees in Texas.
🌼 I love a good ribeye!!! Thanks for the cooking tips!!! 💙

Heck yeah!!! You’re speaking my language. Yeah, the cleaning isn’t very fun,but it is necessary.
Those steaks looked amazing! Lynn and Danny
They were sooooo tasty. Thank you.
Thanks for the new idea of cooking steaks, it looks like they turned out really good!
It takes more time, but there’s definitely more flavor with this method.

Now, let’s not get carried away TFC. 👶🏻🤣 We’ll have to cook you guys up some next time we hang.
Although we are vegetarian...I have to say, you did a great job on those steaks.
Why thank you. This grill is great for adding that smokey flavor to your veggies, too.
@@NursingOurTravelBug that would be amazing ❤️
I use wood in a charcoal grill but I have been looking for a easier way. Thanks for sharing!👍
We used to do that, too. This grill really ups the flavor anti.

That’s pretty cool. You’ve got some skills for sure. We’ll have to add this style of preparing steaks to our repertoire. It was tasty.
I actually just bought the same smoker. Steaks looked good! I can't wait to try it. Thanks for sharing! Steve
Nice! I think you’re really gonna like it.
Yum!! Next time we are together we are grilling!! Heard this was a great grill and I can see it makes beautiful steaks!

Let's try something new on Valentine's Day! lol Come on, momma's hungry! 😂 Love the kid's reviews! ❤️
Life’s too short. Variety is the slice of life. Glad you enjoyed it.
You had me at steak foods ....
LOL. Right?!
Hi guys. The steaks looked awesome. We do this on our Traeger and we love them. Thanks for sharing another great video. Kent and Tami
Thank you. They were tasty for sure. Traeger makes a pretty nice product, too.

Well not everyone can be as ON FIRE as K&R. 🤪 Lol. No char broil for us. These steaks were on point.

Lol. You’ve got it! The ribeye had a bbq flavor to it, different than the ribs, though. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for the tip! Having less dishes to clean is definitely a plus.

YUM. "ROCKING HOT! " I'm hungry too. Those look great- everything does. I'm usually a medium rare steak. Bella is so cute- "true identity "

Never smoked a Ribeye, eaten a few LOL
It was pretty easy, just more time consuming that straight grilling.

Ooo, I’ve heard of cooking steaks that way, too, but have never tried it. Sounds delish.
Now I’m so hungry! I agree men cleaning are sexy!
Bill really know how to make me happy.
