If the vacuum is not sucking up, that is because you have the nozzle attached at the back, you should only attach the nozzle at the back of the vacuum cleaner if you want to blow dust away from your computer keyboard or camera etc but if you want to suck items up like cookie crumbs etc, remove the nozzle at the back and attach the crevice tool to the front of the vacuum cleaner.

How long should it be used before recharging? Its written that it shouldn't be over-discharged..... Also, what about the adapter/charger used? Is 25W ok?
1-When you fell it is going under power just turn it off 2-Follow the instructions properly 3-You can use any adopter if not specified on instructions. Using 10W Adopter is better option.
