What is your PPM number that you use to be 100% confident the HG is blown?
thanks for sharing those eco boost give lots of trouble from what i hear haven't worked on one yet
Ford actually has a revised engine block design. 2014-2019.5 have a space between the cylinders so there is very little material for the head gasket to seal. The new blocks have the cylinders touching each other.
Those fords crack blocks.
