Yea One time i almost got a heart attack from that hard stressful scary jumpscare
strategies:
1: when dad is speaking, cook more noodles and place them on the table so its easier to keep your hunger up without it taking 2 minutes.
2: while doing the cleaning task, grab the glas of water first then once you turn on the tv you can go fill it up in the kitchen or upsta *:52irs hallway.
3: when the strict dad is sleeping on the couch, go eat the noodles that you placed down then fill the generator and then go back to bed then when dad goes back to sleep get your water and then repeat the process.
(I know he did one of the strats in the vid so don't tell me)

i remember sitting in bed one night after failing to complete chapter 1 and i figured out a strategy, turn all lights off, use flahslight, cook all noodles, have water in cup, after going downstairs to eat, drink, cook etc. dont come back up, wait for dad to wake up and use the table to divert him away spare gas can in inventory and only refill when necessery. it was like a lightbulb moment and i felt happy. i tested it out the next day but died due to a slight miscalulation, the game after that i completed chapter 1. i was so happy
Legends say the face is still scary
but it’s really not, it’s kinda goofy
Imagine this: You have the ability to eat the noodles while you're upstairs.
You don't have to go downstairs to eat the noodles (Though you still can go downstairs to eat them if you want)
Your hunger will still go up
And if the objective says "GO TO SLEEP!!", you won't have to worry, because you're already upstairs, so you can just sleep before the dad gets to the room.
And imagine if there is a table for u to eat but its in a cellar and u use an elevator to get there and eat (you can sleep there too) but no water tank)
Rules for the game and how to win :
1. Go in the house from the garage
2. Clean trashes in the house
3. Prepare noodles for yourself and dad in the kitchen
4. AFTER YOU EAT WITH YOUR DAD PREPARE NOODLES ON THE DINING TABLE FOR THE NIGHT
5. Refill the generator
6. SAVE THE GAS CANS FOR THE NIGHT
7. Make yourself a glass of water for the night
8. Go to your bedroom
9. Turn on the aircorn
10. Off all the lights
11. On the TV
12. Hear the news
13. Open the front door to check your dad
14. Go to your bed room and check the CCTV on the computer to check your dad
15. Sleeping for energy and dad won't kill you
16. At the night at any moment drink your water and make more water for yourself when your thirst is low
17. Refill the one of the gas cans you saved and keep doing it when the number out of 100 is low
18. Eat the noodles you saved when your hunger is low
19. Do it all over and over again until the clock strikes at 6 AM
20. Win

For those wondering if this is based off of residence massacre, it says in the game description that it is inspired by a few games including residence massacre. It also contains a few small details similar to residence massacre, like how the lobby music is the same and how the objective completion sound effect is the same.

When you are crouching and going, you are not caught by dad. I checked the CCTV twice and saw that dad is sleeping so I am crouching and going downstairs but dad is waking up and catching me.

full list of short walkthrough:
before refilling the generator in day, fill the table up with noodles
every time he wakes up and goes back to sleep eat noodles and replace them
every 3 times he wakes up, refill the gen
at around 5am~5:30am ish, he barley wakes up, so use that to your advantage
if he catches you off guard at the dinner table, run and sleep, you may live
after 5:30am ish he wakes up alot, so watch out
